I stayed here two different occasions within a week. The hotel is pretty new. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable enough for me to sleep well. It isn't a very large hotel, probably appropriately sized for expected demand in the small town of Ephraim. With the small size comes a very small exercise room which is fine if you don't need to share it with more than one other person. Breakfast was comparable to other similarly priced hotels, but was nothing to brag about. Staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come to the area again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were clean, except breakfast area was old food visible under the appliances...when pointed out staff member took care of it promptly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. This is a relatively new property. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Lots of natural and prehistoric treasures in the region to explore If in the area, I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. Staff are all very friendly, I could not find a flaw with this hotel at all! Definitely will stay again next time I’m in the area

It is a new hotel and everything works well. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but those that we met were very nice. The breakfast was good with hot options and lots of choices for other things.

This is a newer hotel at the edge of town. Still smelled new!! Less traffic noise since it sits further back off the main road. The full kitchen was great! The sitting area with couch and chair was comfortable. It was nice that it had a separate bedroom. The entire room was spacious. Only thing we would complain about is that the tub was high and there were no grab bars. (We are senior citizens). The free breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. Of we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. It was across the street from Walmart and close to restaurants.

Just a F.Y.I. there is a $250 hold on your card when you check in. Other than that clean, comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay again.
