We loved the setting right across from.one of the yacht harbors on Lake Erie! We never even moved the car to go out to eat and go for a nice walk - perfect!

The hotel itself was fine. Some a-holes in the parking lot across the street started shooting off professional grade fireworks at 1 a.m. that woke us up to what sounded like someone throwing rocks at the window and blowing up cars. We won't hold that against the hotel.

This was the 3rd hotel on our travels this trip and it was the nicest. The room was clean, the elevator wasn't scary, the pool was good. Nice mattress. Friendly staff.

The reason I stayed at the cobblestone was because of the location on the gorgeous bay but not down on Dobbins Landing. , It gave us flexibility to go east or west how did the parking lotand not get caught up in a lot of crowds and traffic. The entire stay was just terrific, including homey treatment from the staff. The facilities and the convenient restaurant, the Sloppy Duck, across the street made for an ideal trip. I will definitely stay again next year.
