This was a wonderful stop for our cross country trip with our pups. Where it was extremely clean. There's an area to walk the pups And the staff was extremely professional and polite.

The staff was very kind to move our room to the first floor because my mother in law cannot walk up stairs and this hotel does not have an elevator

Great location not far off of I 90 . Quiet location been staying for several years . The last room I had was the first room I can say showed any signs it’s time for improvement and it was only the carpet in the high traffic areas in the room .

The staff was very kind and helpful attorney questions that we had. The grab and go breakfast was anything but that. Each morning the breakfast was so good that it had us going back for more. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from. We would absolutely stay there again.

This has become my go to stay place when traveling east. It is a great hotel with a wonderful staff. Helpful, kind and courteous. The continental breakfast, simple but with a variety. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the showers rock! A quiet stay with amenities and a pool! Conveniently off the highway. Definitely worth the overnight or more stay.

You will not find a more inviting, cleaner, well-run hotel anywhere. This hotel is truly above the rest. It's a smaller hotel without an elevator, but! When you first walk in, you will be in love. The management and staff are accommodating in all aspects of service providers. This hotel has more amenities than its bigger hotels and is far better. If you are near and can get a room here, do it, even if it's out of the way; it's well worth it!

I wish there were lounge chairs on the patio, so that I could relax in the sun. Everything else was amazing, and I got the rest I needed after being at the hospital all day.

Good hotel for 2 night stay. We were on the bottom floor and could hear the people above us easily- loud enough that it sounded like they were stomping. But overall a good, clean property with polite staff.

The rooms are a little dated, but for that price, they were great. Clean and not noisy!

This was my first time staying at this hotel and what seems to be a local brand. I really enjoyed my one night stay after visiting Waldameer Park, as I was then driving to Ohio the next day. The first impression wasn't the best, as some side walks outside were crumbling, and the hallway had some scuff marks. I had room 123, a King with a jetted tub, the entry way had a floor mat covering some carpet tears/damage. One of the ceiling corners had some cobwebs, but otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I was facing the woods and it was a lovely peaceful nature view out my window on the first floor. The man who checked me in was friendly, quick, and provided information about the hotel. There was an indoor pool, open until 10pm, although I did not use it. Soon after checking in, I tried to get coffee, it was about empty, and the front desk agent heard and offered to make more. Breakfast ended a bit too early at 9am, so had to wake up early to eat, breakfast was decent, there was variety like eggs, sausage, and waffles, as well as yogurt and pastries. I enjoyed the jetted tub, it had 4 jets, and was relaxing, although the water often slowly drained, so I would have to refill it. The bed was very comfortable and loved having 5 pillows on the king bed! The bathroom was large, clean, large bar of soap, shower gel, and amazingly good water pressure in shower! Good quality towels! Overall, it was a great stay, the hotel was a great value, and I'd return!
