Excellent beds. Room was very clean. Lobby area was appealing (although slot machines could be removed). Breakfast was very good. Staff was phenomenal.

I generally stay here when I am in town to visit family that live in Wausau. The 15- 20 minute drive to there is worth it. Rooms are always spotless, beds are comfortable, and the staff are top notch. Also, I am an asthmatic where perfumed cleaners and such produce an attack, and they are one of a few in the area that use non-scented products for cleaning. That may not matter to some, but to those of us who are affected, it is extremely important.

Every thing was great. Clean room quiet person at the desk was extremely cordial. The heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy. But it was a great place to stay

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable room! I visit Merrill once a month, I've stayed at all the other hotel options, keep coming back to the Cobblestone for these reasons. Highly recommend!

Clean room, nice staff. Wish there was potatoes or meat option for breakfast but plenty of fruits and bread. Eggs and gravy biscuit is a good alternative. Good workout area.

The only problem we had was not the fault of the hotel. The problem was that the Internet and wi fi was out in the Merrill area. We couldn’t get checked in because they couldn’t get into the computer to even find our reservation. Eventually the WiFi came back on. It was just inconvenient for us because we were here for the Tomahawk fall ride festivities so we had to drive back from there to check in and then go back. Over all we were happy with the hotel itself
