Very friendly staff and very clean! My impression was that the owners take great pride in providing a clean relaxing stay for their guests. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to my friends and family!

Check in was quick and easy when we arrived, the Patel's run a nice place. Room was very clean and tidy. I think they recently redid the floors was nice. The staff is helpful and you can get coffee early in the morning. Parking has never been an issue even with it being a small hotel. This is my usual when I travel to Franklin for my car group.

For the price. Can’t beat it. Old and outdated, but hey, I like roadside motels that have character.

This property is dated but well maintained and clean. We were chasing waterfalls and this motel is situated right in the heart of where we wanted to be. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay another night.

Overall it was better than some. I would stay again but would pay cash next time. I was charged a security deposit and when ask when would it be returned the lady could not give me an exact answer plus she could not or speak English well. I’m not saying that to be mean but it was hard trying to communicate.

Nicely updated room (except nasty apolstered chair) with solid surface flooring. Some items still older but in good shape. Pool is in disrepair and lighted sign at front isn't working which made the property look in disrepair but everything else was good.
