Clean rooms and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with so many options and the water park was a HUGE hit with the kids!

There were obvious drywall repairs that needed paint, the bathroom had grungy corners, and the room had an unusual odor. The shower head was fantastic & the towels were nice, the bed was very comfortable, but the linens were wrinkled.

The absolute BEST HOTEL we've been in in YEARS!!!! The pool and slide are my kids' favorite. Even mom joined in on the fun, since it was an open slide. Breakfast - they don't skimp!!!! Has anyone noticed the new trend of pretending that gravy is a breakfast food? I completely appreciate the terrible economy the current Pres/Vice Pres has given us with out-of-control and record inflation. I get it, but we're also all paying higher room rates because of it. This hotel does NOT use the current economy as an excuse to offer gravy as a meat protein. Nope! We actually got eggs AND sausage patties!!!! My kids were thrilled!! Thank you! The staff was super friendly, our room was very convenient and close to the elevators, everything was GREAT. Perfect for Roosevelt National Park.

Liked: Friendliness and efficiency of the one woman whose duties were single handedly in charge of the laundry, the breakfast, and filling in for the manager who was absent when we checked out. She was pleasant and accommodating under overworked conditions. It was noticed and commented on by numerous guests. Disliked: automatic front door did not open consistently; large dirty cooling fan in the lobby; hallways were hot; rooms were over deodorized; laundry room had disgusting smell and was out of order; breakfast was more limited than a typical standard Comfort Inn: no regular creamers for coffee, no oatmeal, no bananas, no peanut butter.

Good experience. out room needed a few thigs hook behind bathroom door missing ,coffee pot plastic filter did not fit the coffee pot, small hole on wall from back of door handle. other wise is was good ,exit door locked. Pet area was good and clean !! would recommend. Beautiful indoor pool great for kids..
