The front desk clerk was very young, and she seemed to lack CS skills, even making out with boyfriend in the hallway by the check-in area. Other than that was a good spot

Our room was on the fourth floor/top floor which we appreciated. The room was clean and the staff nice. Breakfast had a nice assortment of items. Some hot and some cold. We would go back.

Perfect location to Acadia and Bar Harbor, with some good restaurants and seafood options. The hotel was clean, the ice cream bar was delicious, and the unexpected soup was sweet! Beds are super comfortable! Highly recommend.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, at any hour and shift that we needed something. Breakfast was great, and we loved the ice cream bars as a post-hike snack. The rooms were clean and they had hot water for hot tea at any hour!

Good breakfast choices & fruit, GREAT coffee. Staff were helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, really appreciated the cookies on arrival, ice cream bars, nightly soup, lemon infused water, AND an iced coffee bar!

The hotel and room was clean, pleasant and very comfortable. Parking was very accessible and close to the hotel entrance. The only negative of my stay was a group of Maine Dept of Transportation workers were staying at the hotel during my stay. They were loud in the hallways in the evenings when most guests are winding down after a long day. Also, my room was on the 1st floor and unfortunately a loud guest (heavy stomping thru the night and early hours) was right above my room on 2nd floor. I asked for a room on the 2nd floor but none was available, so I had to deal with the loud guest for 3nights. I went to local Walmart and purchased ear plugs which did help tremendously. Next time I will only book if I am guaranteed a 2nd floor room.
