The location is not far from the shopping centre, and so many restaurants. The price here isn't worth it at all. And then the room was really comfortable. After that, the check-in process was easy and quick. Subsequently, the elevator was good in operation. The last one is that the breakfast menu was quite decent and fast.

On my trip to Texas to see relatives, I stayed here twice. Firstly, I make sure I reserve my lodgings through choicehotels, and this was the greatest selection through them. I reserved both lodgings for both my Meridian stops. It didn't make much difference that this was a comfort inn, not a comfort suite. Yes, the hotel could use some renovation, and they were still following couid restrictions, so there was no hot breakfast. On my trip out, I was unaware that my room was the only accessible room on the first level. I adore my room as chilly as a meat locker, then I sleep under the covers. I couldn't get my room cold enough. I tossed and turned until I woke up and departed at 230 am for the next leg of the trip. When I checked in on my way home, I inquired about my accommodation. I was in the same room. When I inquired about moving, they were totally booked up. I proceeded and stayed expecting to experience sleep issues, but this time, the air conditioning was working properly. I'm not sure why, but they claimed nothing had been fixed or changed. On my subsequent trip, I doubt I will remain here again. It was the least comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at.

On the plus side, the staff was very kind and helpful. On the minus side, the hotel was unkempt and unclean. Our room had an old pull out sofa smelling like an old locker room. Fortunately, we didn't intend to use it. The carpets both inside and outside our room had numerous pulls and tears, and the corners of each room were dirty. Unfortunately, the really nice staff could not make up for a hotel that is in desperate need of renovation.

The environment was very deserted by the noise from the outside, and the AC was still leaked all over the floor, so the floors became damp. The curtains were leaking and the curtains were not working properly. The room's edges didn't look clean. The bed had to be replaced ten years ago, the bed had to be in a rusted condition and no springs were left. Very bad experience.

On June 5, 2021, we stayed at this comfort inn. Although the hotel appears to be outdated, it was kept tidy. As much as possible, the personnel was courteous and helpful. The hotel is still imposing couid restrictions. At 69, I arrived, needed to use the bathroom, as I do many times, but there was, indeed, no option because of couid. The lady was quite cordial, and I knew she was just submissive to the hotel guidelines. Hot breakfast on the website. Not at that, we were only given a cold grabandgo cold breakfast. The pool is still covered. My seven-yearold granddaughter would have gone swimming if it hadnt been raining, but the pool was closed. Ironically, we were staying at a vacation inn express in garden alabama on our way to Tennessee, and everything went smoothly, the pool was open, bathrooms were accessible, and a hot breakfast. We travel frequently, and Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn are usually our first option, but we required a suite for five people. Unfortunately, the choice hotels wont be one of our main options in the future. The website should state the true condition of the amenities rather than false information. They had plenty of time to update their website after 15 months of couid. And, as a matter of fact, this is the first
