Hotel novo e bem conservado. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manha razoável, considerando que a maior parte dos hoteis de NYC nem mesmo oferecem. Ainda que longe de Manhattan, o hotel está no Brooklyn, há uma estação de metro cerca de duas quadras, com uma linha bem grande e que cobre bem a ilha. Alguns pontos comeciais próximos cobrem a necessiade: deli, pizza, café, lavanderia e até mesmo um supermercado.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was QUIET, the hotel did not smell like people smoked. Parking was available & to my surprise, there were 2 spaces for EV charging (although one was in the "Handicapped" spot, so I checked with staff first).

Stay was great! Room was adequate for our needs. The General Manager touch on Fridays was a nice surprise. He cooks eggs how you want them. Location was great and close to subway stations. We had a great time!

I stayed with my two friends at this hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days in a two-bedroom for a very reasonable price, including a good breakfast for a 3-star hotel (they served fruit, toast, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage and had a waffle machine). It was very clean. If ever the parking lot is full, which is probably often the case, don’t worry, we parked our car under the bridge close to the hotel for free and had no issue (no theft, vandalism or fine). It was very easy to head to downtown NYC (an average of 30 minutes that felt like 20 minutes). Overall would highly recommend.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour de 2 nuits. Bon rapport qualité/prix versus les autres hôtels. Chambre propre et un peu petite mais confortable. Lit confortable, Douche avec beaucoup eau chaude et bons jets. Le déjeuner sur place a été apprécié. Les aliments sont variés et manque de rien. Plusieurs lignes de métro sont accessibles à pied de l’hôtel pour se rendre partout. Nous y étions pour prendre un bateau de croisière. Hôtel près du port qui se fait en taxi. Belle découverte, nous avons été marcher et manger dans le quartier Dumbo à Brooklyn près du pont. Belle vibe et bons restos.

Great hotel for the price, very clean and comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, good location near some eateries and not far from the Subway. The breakfast isn't great - but just as you'd expect at the budget end - but there's a superb deli and bagel place just slightly down the hill. Would recommend, very handy for the cruise terminal.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn at 150 20th St. in Brooklyn and had a very good experience. The room was small, which I expected being in New York City, but it was very clean and had just about everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially want to recognize Marilú at the front desk. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout my stay. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. The only thing I would suggest for future guests would be a simple TV channel guide card next to the television. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay there again!
