On our drive from it, we stopped here with our little dog. I can't say enough positive things about our stay, but I'll start with Jason at the front desk who was courteous, engaged, and just fantastic. Our room was immaculate, comfy, and had a wonderful shower. The free breakfast the next morning featured many options, and the woman working in this area was helpful and enjoyed interacting with the visitors. Even our puppy loved it here as they gave him treats! There are numerous dining and retail choices in the area. In summary, this is the place to stay while you're on a road trip, we have given it a rating.

Over the weekend, I spent at the Comfort Inn Suites, and it was pleasant. Everyone could park, and checking in was simple and straightforward, with sadness assisting me. He was courteous, outgoing, and eager to answer any questions I had. I remained on the ground, and the room met my expectations and was cozy, cool, and clean. The only drawback was that the newly constructed air conditioners that operate silently do nothing in the restroom. To avoid fog and humidity from leaving the restroom door open, you must leave the bathroom door open. We had a nice pool and the cool water. Pajamas, an exceptionally excellent employee stood out. She has exceeded her hopes with her professionalism and assistance with answering inquiries and locating things in the area. She was welcoming, friendly, and outgoing, and she made a statement of herself by being helpful. In all of your future endeavors, you have a highly skilled staff member. I appreciate you!.

This place feels brand new. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is immaculate. Beds are comfortable. Showers are easy to access if you have mobility issues. They have a breakfast bar with grits, sausages and waffles. Pet friendly.Definitely a good value!.

On my way to the hotel, I didn't know that the hotel was near everything, the Florence center, the Magnolia Mall and the Florence Mall. My room was a king, clean and sanitized. It was pleasant and great. My favorite hotel in Florence.
