My bride and I had a wonderful weekend here. In fairness, the hotel could use some updates (carpet, paint, etc.), but the rooms are cleaned and maintained well, and regularly over all of the days we were there, and the staff…every one we spoke with…was super courteous and helpful and catered to our needs with excellence. The breakfasts were great, and the manager of those breakfasts was super helpful at all times and always cleaning to make room for new guests with the same exceptional breakfast service. There is plenty of parking in well-lit areas, and the sounds of the occasional train along Route 66 were not too intrusive. The over-all experience with this hotel is that we would definitely stay again.

We were traveling from across the country and our plane was delayed in Denver. The gal who answered the phone(4/3/26) at 10pm as I shared our problem was so kind and understanding she made sure we had our room when we got to Claremore and we had everything we needed for a very late check in. Big thank you her and taking such good care of us.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. We stayed for a whole month and they all treated us really well. Megan and Amber were amazing accomodating myself and my children while we were staying. They even had setup a new computer during our stay and let my kids use it unlimited amount of time for homeschool. The atmosphere is welcoming, I felt comfortable sitting in the lobby to work on my school stuff as I homeschool my children. The breakfast was quite repetitive but it was still delicious. They change the waffle flavors frequently and I have never seen a hotel that does that. They also used named brand stuff for food. The pool was clean and warm and my kids really enjoyed it even though its winter. They also have a laundry room, I did not like the fact I had to download an app to use, and the app did not work at first so I had to go to laundry mat. After it worked though, the machines worked great. The rooms were amazing. I had a desk in my room so I could setup my desktop. The internet sucked though so we couldn't use it. They should probably switch internets or let people know at check in about the internet. We need the internet for homeschool and going to the library every day was inconvienent. The cleaners were also nice, although some of them could not speak english. I left an item in the room and they were quick to allow me to retrieve it. Upon check out, Amber made the process smooth. I want to especially point out Megan. She needs a raise or a lead position.

The front desk ladies took real good care of me the staff was nice and professional the rooms were clean the only thing if i had to complain the water pressure in the shower wasnt as pressured as i like but thats not really big deal i still got clean haha but i had a really good experience here i would definitely choose to stay here again!!
