Breakfast menu was great. My pet friendly room with King size bed was given away but the front desk clerk was able to put us in the suite.

Checkin person was super not helpful and not happy to be at her job. But the check out person blew me away with the help and just put a smile on my family's face. There under construction outside and pool so that was a little inconvenient.

This is a newer place. But the elevator was out of order so we had to lug our bags up stairs. Which was ok as we are old, but elevator would have been nice. Stag was awesome.

Our room was clean, the staff was great, and our bed was comfortable. Knowing this was a newer property, we were surprised to find that the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was a big corner chip out of the bathroom mirror, the adhesive-backed lotion dispenser had fallen off the textured wall, and one of the shades did not operate well.

The hotel was good. Expedia is a hot mess. Use at your own risk. Expedia won’t answer a phone call and blames booking issues on the hotel. It seems impossible to get through Expedia phone tree, then when you finally get through they hang up. I won’t use them again. I switched to hotels.com but found out Expedia and hotels are connected. I’ll just contact the hotel directly in the future. Expedia sends you to a chat bot and it says to contact the hotel. The hotel was willing to adjust dates but Expedia doesn’t allow. Yuck Expedia.
