Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Literally every single person we encountered said hello and wished us a good day.

This is my second time staying here and definitely not my last. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and well kept. Staff members are friendly. The breakfast had options for our whole family, even my picky children.

The bed comfort was on par with 5 star hotels. The room has most everything you need, mini fridge, usb outlets in abundance, free 24 hour coffee and water machine in lobby. Excellent breakfast with amazing waffles. April ( I think that’s her name, she was training someone) was a super breakfast attendant. Really high ceilings which was a surprise so nice large room. Only negative is there is no sound proofing. I could hear the neighbors TV, people upstairs walking around, hallway noise. Luckily it was a quiet weekday but I would have been very unhappy if I stayed there when the place was full or having an event. I sleep like a log and the noise woke me up. My husband had a hard time sleeping, he’s more sensitive to sound. So maybe pack some ear plugs and be ready for a great breakfast and lots of coffee. ;)

Hot tub is out side but under covered roof. The pool is open 24 hours. Plenty of shopping near buy. The included breakfast is very good.

It was my second time staying at this hotel and it’s very nice. Definitely recommend. It’s one of the nicest in Gaylord. The only issue we had was there was a humming noise in the specific room we were in. It was not the highway even though our window faced that way. It was continuous but not something that was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Overall it was a nice stay. Pool open for 24 hours, wish the hot tub was too. We were so busy during our stay that I didn’t get to enjoy it because it closes at 10 pm.

Once I found it (hiding a bit off Main Street), I loved it. Quiet. Clean. Great breakfast. Easy access, 24-hour pool (for adults). And - perhaps most importantly - great customer service. I really didn't need much, but it was so nice to ALWAYS be treated with a smile and an offer to help.

Room was clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Only thing I would improve would be water pressure in shower and the hot water could be a little hotter. Bed was comfortable and not a lot of noise at night
