Nice new hotel . I stayed 5 days, my room was quiet and cleaned each day. I think the only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast needs some improvement , it was the same every day

The place was clean, breakfast was cold though we went at 9:15. The gentleman that checked me in was AMAZING

My recent stay at Comfort Inn was amazing. The hotel staff was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home. From check-in to check-out the service was impeccable. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were great too, and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning. I would highly recommend Comfort Inn as a place to stay if you're looking for a great hotel experience. Brandon and Dawn were both amazing staff memebers

We arrived at 8:30 at night and the young man at the front desk was very friendly. He asked us what floor we wanted to be on and was very accommodating. The "Continental Breakfast" was awesome, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit! The woman preparing breakfast was taking over for the usual person who was in the hospital and did an amazing job! Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool or fitness center but it was nice to have them as an option. We were close to Honeymoon Beach and Clearwater Beach which is were we spent most of our days. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone traveling in the area.

Enjoyed the stay very roomer like an one-bedroom apartment. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We needed an extra cart/bed and the owner delivered within minutes after requesting it. Also sheets, pillows and blanket.

The property was excellent. Breakfast was fair. The teenager running the food couldn't cook or make coffee very well. Overall, still a good experience.

Nice hotel, nice room but we felt like things were missing or the hotel isn’t finished. We had an accessible king room. Half of the room was bare. Needed a sofa or another chair and table. We were told it was so you could get around in a wheelchair. I relied on wheelchair in past and there was way more room then what was needed. What was needed was a walk in SHOWER instead of a bathtub with grab bars. When I was in wheel chair it would have been almost impossible to get in and out of that tub. We were told when we asked about shower for future reference that all handicapped rooms had bathtubs and all regular rooms had showers. We were even shown a regular room w/shower. Also the room had no towel bars to hang wet towels. I guess you’re just supposed to leave them lying around or throw them in bathtub! Breakfast was skimpy. Not many choices. I’m assuming this is because it’s new and a lot of people don’t know it’s open yet. All 5 floors has a picture that you see from elevator that says “2”!?!? Overall the stay was good but the shower/tub left me wanting more for an accessible room.

We had an accessible king room. The room was very large but it felt like it was incomplete or missing stuff. It was twice normal size room. All furniture was in far end which left very big open spaces. We thought there should be a sofa or another chair and/or table with chairs. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub with grab bars. We requested this room because we thought it would have walk in shower. There were no towel rods. Where are you hanging wet towels? How/where is handicapped person supposed to sit in tub? It would be difficult. I was told that all accessible rooms had tub while all regular rooms had showers. We were shown a regular room after inquiring about shower on the day before we checked out. Breakfast food was skimpy. Not many choices. Overall the place is nice but I felt it was lacking necessities!

I understand the hotel is new and it was clean. But I feel like the wear in the room didn’t seem like it was brand new. There was also some hair in my shower. The bed was very comfortable. However, the pillows were just so flat and too soft!! I tried to get another pillow, sent to my room late that night, but of course, housekeeping wasn’t there and the front desk told me they didn’t have any pillows to give me. But overall it is definitely worth the cost. It is a clean place to stay.

For being so brand new that the front still has a banner saying “Now Open,” it was stunning how poorly put together this motel was. Floors very wonky and every detail of the finishes were shoddy and slapped on with low quality materials. Even little things, like the paintings when you get off the elevator at each floor - the first floor is labeled “2” with its artwork - very confusing. Our room was PERFECTLY clean, but the chairs in the breakfast area were filthy. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. So incredibly kind. At $108 per night, it being 1 minute from my mother-in-law, the staff, and the cleanliness likely mean we’ll try it for one more night one more time.

The property location is great, and the staff seems nice. Unfortunately, that's about where the good review ends. When we got to the room there were pennies and small wrappers on the floor. Not a big deal but made us look at other things. We found a used towel and wash cloth hanging over the shower door, the sink was dirty, the toilet paper roll was empty and one that had been used was sitting on the tank, and the trash cans were not emptied completely after the previous guests. Luckily, the bed sheets seemed to have been washed and there were no issues there. We will not be staying there again and would rather stay farther away and drive into town.
