I will definitely return. The staff was fantastic, the price was reasonable, and there was a lovely pool and jacuzzi. Modern and cozy rooms are available. Just hoped the campfire was working or that the manager would stop keeping the key secret.

The staff is very friendly and always clean. The breakfast was fresh food and clean tables. Kudos to the staff.

Excellent personnel. Oom even had a large tv, sytafew, microwave, hair dryer, and refrigerator. The free wifi is reliable. There were hot and cold options available for breakfast, which was handled on recurring basis. It was arranged in utmost detail. A free airport transer shuttle is enticing. Spoons Mexican diner, also ten minutes walk from the main road, was worth mentioning, as it was only 5.5 minutes stroll in the opposite direction. Ask for recompense vouchers from hotel reception to help you pay the waitresss tip.

Our stay was fantastic. We made it clear at checkin that we were in town for my friends college graduation ceremony. When we returned from an outing the following day, they had delivered a complimentary full bottle of champagne to our room and personalised certificates recognizing her accomplishment. It meant the world to us! The room was spotless, fresh, and cozy. Every mornings continental breakfast was delicious. Over the weekend, there was reeked of bbq with complimentary appetizers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended!.

I only stayed one night there, but i wish ive remained longer. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, pool with outdoor seating, wellmaintained property, affordable prices. It doesnt get better. Convenient to the airport in jalan johnson. Great mexican bar and grill just a short walk away.

I am very grateful for all your assistance and your excellent customer service! Cant wait to see you again. Cezar is fantastic! Im grateful that you are such a cheerful and fun person. You truly made our stay at the hotel feel so comfortable, and other guests who stayed seemed to adore you as well!.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is attentive, safe, and the breakfast is filling, fresh and delicious. There are many options. The homemade salsa in particular is the best. I made a new reservation for this hotel. Please bring it back! The front desk staff was professional and polite. When in santa ana ca, i will always choose this accommodation.

My room was in excellent condition, smelled clean, the staff was friendly, and if i needed a new blanket, they worked hard to find one for me. Breakfast is always delicious, much better than some of the expensive places ive stayed at. It was not far from the beaches, there are some stores nearby, but on fridays and weekends, you can always find taverns gathering area nearby with lots of options for you and your family.

I spent a week here, and it was fantastic. The rooms are immaculate, the personnel is really welcoming, but on the second night, we had spotting issues with our sink, which were quickly resolved and didnt cause us any inconvenience. Sandra, who worked on nights shifts, offered countless solutions to make sure it got resolved quickly and wasnt an inconvenience for us. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone at the supervisor was incredibly kind and made sure we were taken care of, offering popcorn and anything else we might have required. Will undoubtedly return!.

The hotel was spotless, and the parking area was excellent. The staff was courteous. However, the only issue was obtaining access to the internet. Its a fantastic pool. Room service was prompt and prompt.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff are very attentive to the guest, even though its a buffet selfservice style, they constantly clean around the food area. Teresa has sanitizing personality, she really looks like she enjoys her job which brought ambiance to everyone at breakfast time. I would rate this as one of the best comfort inns ive ever stayed at.

This place is truly exceptional, offering a welcoming and clean environment. The breakfast provided is exceptional in every aspect. Salsa, the manager, is an exceptional addition to the team. Its breakfast was flawless throughout.

4,6/513 Agt 2023

The staffs interaction was fantastic! The complimentary breakfast was excellent, generously sized, and spotless. Pillows are excellent the bed is firm and comfortable, high and firm. In the room, there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, air conditioning, heater, as well as c. C./heater. The maintenance was promptly completed and the heater was fixed. Very helpful lobby store and airport shuttle.

I am very grateful for all of their assistance. Everyone here was really patient and helpful. The location was peaceful, the checkin process was simple, arranging a ride to the airport was straightforward, and everything seemed very clean. I believe they also had security at night (they were only seen once, so im not sure if there was an incident or i was always there).

The hotel is older but clean. The breakfast is hot and good. I was given a coupon for breakfast, i think to prevent the food hoarding mentioned before in the review. Upkeep like burned out bulbs in rooms needs to be addressed by management. Nice place to stay on if you have frugal budget.

I stayed for two nights and had two rooms for my mothers memorial. The staff was lovely, and breakfast was served to keep everything stocked and clean. However, the rooms were clean but. Owners need to invest in renovations, at the very least new mattresses. They are aware that beds springs are popping out because theyve tried to make them more comfortable with toppers. So, guys, that just didnt cut it. If we stay in the area again, we will have to ask if new mattress were purchased because, let's face it, it doesnt matter how wonderful your staff is. Without a good nights sleep, your hotel is only rated one.

4,4/525 Mei 2024

The staff works hard to keep things running and make sure to check in with guests. Great place for the price. Excellent wait staff for breakfast friendly and keeping the food stocked. Nice touch with the fire pit i was on late at night and enjoyed being able to sit by it for a little while to relax.

4,4/523 Apr 2024

The room was cozy and comfortable, and we really appreciated the amenities provided in our room. Microwave, fridge, etc. The air conditioning and heater worked perfectly fine, with daily room service available. Free breakfast, waffles were delicious! Nice pool and a cozy hot tub with incredibly cute campfire area in front. Cool gym. Really great service from everyone at the front desk and nice items to buy or use there. I dont know why everyone complains about noise when it is dedicated to an airport and there are other hotels nearby. Loved this hotel and would book here again without remorse.
