I have to say the Motif on Music row was one of the most amazing experiences I've had Hotel wise we were there for the CMA Festival and it was our first time attending the festival in Nashville which is a huge deal we had no idea where we were going how we were going to get there or get back the staff was most gracious and guiding us throughout her stay they also provided a free shuttle to and from Broadway and the return trip was dependent upon what time you chose to return the last shuttle rides at 10:30 p.m. so of course if you were going to be downtown longer you would need to Uber or taxi the pool was absolutely amazing they had a coffee shop on the third floor the hotel was immaculate the service stupidness we plan do the CMA fest now yearly and will always choose to stay at the Motif also provided parking right there at the hotel which was very comparable to other parking garages in the area not to mention this stupendous service we got from the young men who were working the garage I cannot say enough good things about this hotel it made our stay amazing

We booked just before we arrived. We were also traveling. Staff was so helpful and kind. Hadn’t been in this Mall area in years and was so impressed with the place. Thanks. We really appreciated it and plan to come back again soon.

A very pleasant and unexpected stay. The area does not have a large array of high tier hotel offerings. On a whim, we stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Very clean, anchored on a mall setting with a very decent food court style eating offering, and even with a major train route and highway nearby, our sleep was NOT disturbed by high traffic noise.

Everything was great & room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. It was centrally located… with shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that I would say needs improvement, would be the front desk. Hardly saw anybody at the front desk… and when there was someone there, they were not engaging or friendly. But other than that, it was a decent place. Oh and I thought it was kind of weird that the pool was by the front door, right when you walk in….

We stay here on average once per month. The location is convenient and being inside the mall can s wonderful. For years the mall was dead or dying. There is new ownership and the changes have been a great addition to the hotel. Pet friendly and very clean.

The hotel itself is a bit older, but the rooms were clean and the pool was well taken care of. Good place to go for a reasonably priced room.
