Staff were very pleasant and helpful, hotel was clean, breakfast was actually very good with several hot options. A few repairs needed around d the property and room but overall very good. We would stay again.

Our stay was short and sweet. Our room was clean and comfortable, the air worked as that is important to us, breakfast had a lot of choices. However, the only thing to note for my stay was the seating area for those to gather for breakfast was extremely small and unfortunately, we were forced to sit outside in the rain unless we wanted to take our food back to our room. The front desk reception area was very polite and helpful and made the check-in process quick and easy.

We stayed here for one night while visiting Buttermilk Falls, and it was a great choice. We booked the suite and were honestly surprised by how spacious it was. It had two double beds plus a pull-out sofa bed, and it still felt roomy. The room was clean, and having a microwave and mini fridge made the stay even more convenient. We didn't arrive until after midnight, but check-in was quick and easy. Check-out the next morning was just as seamless. The only issue we encountered was with the bench in our room. While my husband was simply sitting on it to tie his shoelaces, one end suddenly gave way, causing the bench to collapse. Thankfully, he wasn't injured. We reported it to a staff member who appeared to be a housekeeping attendant (he was carrying towels) and showed him the broken bench. He didn't really react, so we're not sure if he understood us, but hopefully the issue was reported and the bench has since been repaired or replaced for future guests. Since we were only in the area for hiking, this hotel was exactly what we needed—comfortable, clean, and within an hour of Buttermilk Falls. Despite the bench incident, we'd definitely stay here again the next time we're back in the area.

Went with our family (young kiddos) and everything was great! The staff were all nice, the room was spacious, the pool was the perfect size, and breakfast was good. It is a great stay and a convenient location to food, gas, and groceries.

Checking in was easy. Very friendly. The room was extremely tidy and clean! The hot tub was also very clean! Comfortable beds. Checkout staff was lovely. Met the owner. We stay in lots of hotels and air bnbs. This is my new favorite spot when visiting family in the area !!! Oh and the pool was AMAZING! Maintained very well and they even have a few life jackets, floats and toys to use! Definitely will be back!

Friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms, pretty quiet even when the hotel is booked almost full, good breakfast buffet in the morning, room service was efficient. The only downside I noticed was the wifi was a bit slow/glitchy.
