Would recommend staying here...The staff was very accomodating...The home is very unique and maintains its 1905 historic roots...the room was very clean and comfortable ...we would definitely stay again!!

This was an adorable place to stay for the weekend. Very clean and comfortable room, very cozy feeling. My only issue was hearing the ac units kick on and off all night, making it a little difficult to sleep.

Beautiful historic property made into suites. Within walking distance to main street in Apalachicola where restaurants and shops abound. Quiet, comfortable, and pet friendly. This was our second time staying here.

I love the Coombs Hotel. It is in walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The staff is always friendly. We always stay at the Coombs when we are in Apalachicola FL.

It was a little unusual not to see "staff", but at the same time everything was arranged in a very comprehensive and comfortable way. The house is gorgeous and the stay was restful. Question in our adjacent rooms 2 and 3 - what is the small door by the fireplace for? We are still wondering... :)

I loved the whole feel of the place, from the quiet, shaded street it was on, to the warm feeling you get from the dark wood floors and staircase to all the crown molding details around the ceilings and tall windows. It felt so luxurious, but at the same time--cozy. I loved it!
