The room was good. It was clean and the air conditioner worked which was very much needed today. Nice room for the price. It is close to town. Only bad thing there was no coffee pot.

We had no ac in our room and I had trouble with the manager because she mistaken my room for another one

It was a clean room. The only problems were that the AC wasn’t blowing cool air properly and the room had a funny smell

This is a dump, old worn furniture, The TV was broken, the air was musty. there were mouse traps on the floor behind the TV. The room was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Do not ever stay here. I booked 2 nights and only stayed one, I could not bear the smell of the property. Roaches every where, electricity doesn’t work, the whole property smells like death. Close this place down

Terrible customer service. I tired to book through their website, and kept receiving an error message. Every attempt to call went unanswered. I finally went on Expedia and was able to book a room that way. When I called the hotel directly to confirm less than 10 minutes after booking through Expedia, everything went south. It took about five attempts for someone at the hotel to finally answer. After I confirmed the reservation I had booked through Expedia I asked if it was possible for me to check-in early as my meeting had been moved up unexpectedly. I was told the best they could do is 2:00 for an early check-in as they needed to clean the room. I told her I understand and asked if they any other quite space available for me to have my meeting. She again repeated I can only check in at 2:00. We went back and forth over this and all she kept repeating was check in was at 2:00 and that's the best she could do. So I asked if they had a business center or a conference room or somewhere else quiet that I could just sit and have a meeting and she said no. I then asked "well do you have a Lobby is it possible for me to sit in the lobby and have my meeting on the computer there" and she finally stated yes that is possible. I don't understand why it was so difficult, maybe she was just having a bad day, I dont know. She kept trying to say that I was being difficult over something personal when I had never spoken to or met this woman in my entire life.

First impression wasn’t good, kinda on the outskirts of town and looked pretty sketchy. First place I have ever seen that has a video kiosk to check in and not a physical person, that wasn’t special and should tell you all that you need to know. Appears to be remodeling some.

I can only describe this motel as a "GHETTO MOTEL" My overnight stay was a terrible experience, and this was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Check-in was done with a live on-screen contact with someone from India or Pakistan, whom I could not understand. Someone behind me in line had to translate for me. The small lobby stunk of Curry. In the room, the curtain, chair, and suitcase bench were all stained. The bathtub had been painted white, and the paint was flaking off, clogging the drain when the shower was used. The handles on the bathroom sink and shower diverter were broken and missing the handles. The toilet paper holder was poorly attached to the bathroom wall. The bathroom walls had been painted but were blistered and paint was flaking off. The heater/air conditioner was very noisy. The TV did not work. There was an unpleasant smell in the refrigerator. The mattress on one of the beds was partially off the base by about ten inches. I bought a can of Lysol spray and sprayed down everything in the room before I used anything. I cannot believe that the health department allows this motel to be in business! I would say to anyone, "DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!"
