On older facility but in really good shape. Probably had been updated not long ago. Clean and comfortable and reasonable. Should I ever need a place to stay in Sterling I would not hesitate to stay again

Frindly,quiet, clean. Had trouble with TV and they were in room and fixed in less than 5 min. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Will stay again.

We don't stay in motels generally but this is what is available in Sterling KS and it was great. This was so clean and the couple and the kids at the front desk were soooo friendly and helpful. To exceed our expectations wouldn't have taken much but this was one of the best stays in out 9 days of travel. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was great it just needed some minor repairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was close to nothing, but it was good enough for a grab and go. Owner was very polite and kind.

Finding a room at a decent rate that is not terribly far from Hutchinson for the state fair is almost impossible when you make that last minute decision. This place made that possible.
