The property was well maintained, the staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and very spacious. My only compaint was breakfast was short staffed. There is a $10 parking fee. All in all I would definately stay here again!

This is my 3rd stay at this location and my family and I absolutely love it. It's well maintained, quiet, and withing walking distance of the Civic Center. My son of course loves the pool.

Enjoyed a glass of wine by the fire pit. Appreciated the coffee to go station in the morning. Very clean and quiet. Lovely!

We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!

I always enjoy my stay here, this time we stayed because of Weird Al having a concert at the Charleston Civic Center. The Courtyard Marriott was right across the street.

The room was very clean! You can tell if a room is just clean on the surface or if it feels clean all over. Was very pleasant this was my second visit. Look forward to my next trip! Bryan from ky

Ver clean and comfortable bed. The only complaint, we had to pay an extra $10 for parking on the property. ☹️

Parking is not free at this hotel. We walked in and asked the man behind the counter because we saw signs all over the parking lot about using your phone to pay for parking and he was very rude about telling me I “absolutely HAD to pay for parking”. He didn’t know why the site said that we did not have to pay because you ALWAYS have to pay to park your vehicle at THIS hotel. Other than the front desk clerk, the hotel was enjoyable. Clean room, nice beds & clean pool.

5 stars for sure. My only complaint is my booking said free parking and the hotel made me pay for parking. Free parking/ or parking included was one reason why I booked this hotel.
