Very clean, my friends and I were very pleased and comfortable. We felt safe! The surrounding area. Everyone from check-in to check-out were kind and professional. If there’s another event in SoFi or Forum I would stay here again..

I asked for an early check in and the team was very helpful -and they made that happen. This was key to my stay due to a late work schedule. Thank you to Courtyard Marriott for your hospitality. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good location for transit. Good value. Fairly priced for amenities and room size / furniture.

My room and the hallway stank. I know it is an old hotel and it smells of smoke and age. Courtyard renovated the place but did not replace the drywall. It stank of the years when hotels allowed people to smoke in them. It was a large room but it was uncomfortable because of the filth and smell. I expected a cleaner room post COVID. Also, homeless encampments are on the perimeter of the parking lot. They should put rocks on the side of the facility. The staff were welcoming and professional. The breakfast that came with the room and the wait staff were awesome.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, the ac was cool. And the location too!! - walking distance to not one but two shopping centers and several dining options. Staff was ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming. I mean all staff! Front desk people, breakfast people, housekeepers, even the guy working the elevator. Breakfast was good for $21 per person. Lots of yummy options, and a Starbucks on site. Doesn’t get any better. Oh yes it does, different complimentary refreshing beverages and cookies available each day. Loved the punch and lemonade. This will be our GO TO from on when visiting Los Angeles!

It was quiet, even with some remodeling going on in the upper floors . Workers and staff were courteous as we shared elevators.

I had a really good experience. My room was clean, and the attendants were very nicer they accommodated a late check in. I checked out at 11AM 2 days later without issue. The only issue I had was there was a heavy smell of weed on my room’s floor. However, it’s LA so I guess it’s unavoidable. Heads up for travelers. There are no food options near this hotel, and surprisingly a car spot will set you back $25.
