We stayed with our family for Tulip Time and it was great. It was clean, staff were kind and helpful, and the balcony was perfect for the parade.

Overall, we really enjoyed this Marriott, but I thought I had reserved an accessible room. My daughter was afraid to use the huge shower as there were no safety bars. I did have a bit of zen issue with the toilet as I have a bad knee and it was difficult to get up off the toilet with nothing to grab onto. The curved banquette seats are badly cracked and need replacing, a pity as the Bistro has so much potential. The casual tables beside the A elevators, in the foyer are showing their age and are very scratched and worn. The rooms are beautiful overall, but with all the empty space between the bed and the patio, it would be nice to have drawers for those who like to unpack and not live out of their suitcases. All staff members were delightful, friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the sports bar serving food late as we attended a program at the Knickerbocker that ended after 9:45pm, and enjoyed our meals and server Would we stay there again -,yes, if there is a properly accessible bathroom.

Everything was fantastic! If I were to make one critique, less confusing parking. But it still wasn't much of an issue, we were lucky enough to find a space in the main parking lot. By the way, scraping the snow off the windows of the cars is so nice!! Thank you! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was warm and clean. The location was fantastic! Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic as well! The food was delicious! Highly recommend this location.
