Extremely long walk to our room for older people. The hotel is U-shaped with VERY LONG hallways & only 1 elevator on site

The desk clerk processed my check-in very quickly after a long day of traveling. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that when I booked the room I didn’t realize that it didn’t include breakfast. When my husband went to the cafe to get us breakfast it cost $33.20 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a regular coffee and a cup of tea. The next time I would go to Dunkin Donuts for half the price.

This is only my second time staying at this Courtyard by Marriott, and in spite of always having a great experience, I remain somewhat surprised that the service was even better. Seriously, every Marriott employee is a super star rock star of EXCELLENT customer service. The customer service I received at this Marriott in December, 2024 was at an 11, and this time around, it was at 111. Even I could not believe that the customer service could get even better, but that is exactly what happened. Keith was even more professional, friendlier, more attentive and genuinely interested in giving great customer service, and both Joel and the other employees went above and beyond to make my short business trip stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and they all did just that. Although I shall have not any business at Locust Grove Estate until this December, 2025, I honestly cannot wait to return to this Marriott.

I ALWAYS have an excellent experience at a Marriott Hotel. The level of customer service I receive is excellent, and staying at this Courtyard by Marriott, was no exception. The king-sized bed was VERY comfy, and the convenient location made my stay even better. I honestly cannot think of anything that I found dissatisfying, disappointing or depressing. I checked in a very happy guest, and checked out a very happy guest, too.

This property was great! Very clean and well kept. We were part of a large group attending the field hockey championship games and they let us hang out in the lobby with snacks and drinks and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!
