Inquiry Regarding Unexpected Charge After Check-out Dear Front Desk Team, I hope you are doing well. I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle from June 19 to June 26, 2026, and checked out on June 26. Our reservation included two rooms (Room 310 and Room 318). The accommodation was fully prepaid through Hotels.com before our stay. However, after checking out, I noticed that USD 2,448.88 was charged to my credit card for Room 310 or 318. Since the full accommodation cost had already been paid through Hotels.com, I am concerned that this may have been an unintended duplicate charge. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review this transaction and clarify why this charge was processed. If this charge was made in error, I would be grateful if you could cancel or refund the amount as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any additional information, such as my reservation details or confirmation from Hotels.com. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. JJ at the front desk was superior and was a joy to see every day! The staff delightfull and well versed. My stay was perfect and so was the food and beverage at the bar. I made it a point to visit every day. I will return the next time I visit San Diego!

This is a wonderful place and I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone was amazing, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. The location is perfect, right in the center of Sliema and close to everything, including the ferry to Valletta, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. I also loved that they offered complimentary coffee in the morning, and it was very good. The hospitality was outstanding throughout my stay. I even left my jacket behind, and they kindly offered to help ship it back to the United States. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Great location, excellent service, and genuinely wonderful people!

This hotel has been remodeled and it is awesome! Honestly the best hotel on Hotel Circle. So many hotels in this area are older and lack basic features such as working A.C. but this hotel checked all the boxes. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. I strongly recommend.

Great hotel in an area that has close freeway access and lots of restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating when giving us 3 rooms right together. Easy check in and check out. Have stayed here 2 times now.
