During check-in, we experienced one of the scariest moments a parent can imagine. For a few minutes, I thought my 5-year-old son had disappeared. I was completely panicked. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring. She comforted me with her words while the hotel staff immediately stepped in to help us look for him. Thankfully, everything turned out fine. Our son had simply gone outside to meet my husband, and we hadn't realized it. I truly appreciate how caring and supportive the staff were when we needed them most. They turned a terrifying situation into one where we felt genuinely cared for, and I'll always be grateful for that. Overall, we had a positive experience because of their exceptional kindness.

Wonderful 4-day stay. We were allowed to check in before 3 pm. Outstanding customer service and a welcoming gift. We were given several bottles of water as well. Very spacious and clean room with great modern amenities. Comfortable beds and a clean, big bathroom. Woden flooring, motorized window shades, dimmable lights and fast cooling air conditioning. Armando from engineering was very helpful with all questions and requests we had. Very quiet with zero noise during peek hours. Ability to book 3 months in advance a fully refundable stay. Very affordable for the location and conditions. We loved everything. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott Dupont Circle! I want to sincerely thank the entire staff for making our visit so comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, until we checked out, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is fantastic—it’s conveniently close to many of the major attractions, which made getting around easy and allowed us to make the most of our trip. Most Uber rides were no more than 10 minutes away. One of the biggest conveniences was the valet parking. Having our car safely taken care of allowed us to enjoy the city without worrying about parking, and the valet team was prompt and courteous. For an extra $20, we were able to keep our car with valet on the day of check out from 2pm-5pm to have lunch and take in another museum. Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcome, and their excellent customer service truly stood out. We would definitely stay at the Courtyard Marriott Dupont Circle again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with an outstanding staff and an excellent location. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable one!

A beautiful view of the neighborhood. Walking distance to an abundance of dining and shopping. Metro is a short walk. The staff was so friendly and helpful for a first time visitor to DC. Will use again for future stays. Plus price is reasonable!

The rooms were small but clean and quiet on the weekend we were there. The staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and polite, check-in was a breeze and the bistro and lounge were always clean.

I only have good things to say about my stay. I stayed four nights. It was very hot in the city and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The king size bed was perfect. The hot water in the showers was perfect. Anything I needed, the staff responded immediately. Check-in was quick, the hotel is not too big so it’s easy to get to your room and to go outside. I recommend this hotel highly.
