Our family of six stayed here. at Schaumburg convention center for a cheering contest. Very kind and accommodating personnel. If not for aging, obsolete rooms, Id have given it five stars. My 6-year-old daughter began to sob uncontrollably after the fivehour drive home when she learned she had left her birthed stuffed princess doll. She had slept with it every night since birth. I called and emailed the hotel and requested that they search our rooms and surrounding structures. Sadly, they were unable to locate her doll. This is where Marriott hospitality starts. A day later, I received an email from Laney Krusefallon stating that she noticed a doll in the parking lot when she got to work. Not only did she go out of her way to let us know, she also cleaned, washed, and returned it to my daughter, where she could be reunited with it and no more tears. Every time I can, Ill always choose Marriott because of Laney and her associates!.

I highly recommend this courtyard Marriott to anyone! My visit here was absolutely lovely! The hotel was welcoming, beautifully decorated for the holidays, and you were greeted with a smile, eye contact, and a hello every time you entered or exited. The entire hotel, including my room, was tidy and spotless. There was also peace. Id say the most enjoyable part of my stay was the staff. Every member of the housekeeping staff, including mario, was kind, pleasant, and extremely helpful. I had to check out a day early, and she was extremely helpful and understanding. Its hard to find superior customer service these days, but I definitely found it at this hotel. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

We had a lovely experience while staying here. The staff were really kind and helpful, which was wonderful. Our room was spotless, and the front desk staff was also friendly. Unfortunately, the property needs a major overhaul. Not a beautiful image, because of the painted on our bathroom's uneven peeling. There was a lot of noise in the courtyard and hallways, and the hotel was crowded. On Sunday morning at 06:30, doors slamming. A slow start to the day. New carpet is required across the room. All things considered, the room was clean, and the receptionists were once more friendly. I sincerely hope they're revitalized soon.

If I have the chance to eat somewhere else, this Marriott hotel is the place to be. And then, the people at the reception were nice. After that, the cleanliness was good, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom curtain and the walls. Besides that, the elevator smelled of marijuana and got passed through the hallway. The final one is, the location of the restaurant is in the center of chicago, not the place I was staying.
