I will stay here again. Everything fell apart while I was traveling in New York, so it was incredibly refreshing to have this hotel on my trip. They let me check in early and the room was very spacious for a hotel in New York. Actually decent size. I was very happy too. Good bathroom shower too! Very friendly staff, always greeted you with a smile. The bell counter took my luggage on the last day and I always felt safe.

We stayed here from December to January. The hotel and staff are fantastic. There was a leak in the bathroom, called reception, and they offered to move us to another room, but this was not practical for us. They provided us with extra towels, breakfast vouchers, and a first-rate engineer to fix it in the morning. The fact that it has now been 13 days since we checked out and we still have not received our security deposit, despite being emailed our final bill which showed zero charges more than a week ago!.

I cannot recommend this place. Very interesting location, people in the Convoy are not properly recognized. We are so loyal to all the Marriott brands and chose this location as our most suitable location to travel to New York. The room was very clean but very outdated. Lobby and common areas have been renovated. Breakfast is served in a nice pickup area. The staff is excellent. I wasn't allowed to register with the early convoy for check-in. Had to ask for complimentary water.

The location was great, this hotel is close to everything, and it's easy to enjoy all that New York has to offer for a 13-year-old and a 9-year-old. The room was clean, the lobby was great, the lounge area was ideal and the staff were very friendly. I want to mention that Gazelle Peace went above and beyond, it was one of her daughters birthdays and she made sure she had a special surprise in the room for her. She made their stay unforgettable and added an extra special touch that they will always remember. Thank you, Gazelle! My daughter can't wait to go back.

We spent one night before our cruise. Located very near Times Square and a nice quiet, comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay again. The room was clean and nicely finished. The staff were very friendly and everything we needed was close.

Nice location near time square but a quiet place to relax. Everything in the garment district is reachable on foot. Clean, compact rooms with all convenience and comforts. They have a limited breakfast area with basic food despite I didn't see the bar open. Great local food and the bustling city if you want it.

On my journey to New York, everything fell apart, so it was really refreshing that this hotel was so great. They let me check in early and the room was very spacious for a hotel in New York. Actually, it was decent sized, I was very happy. Nice shower too! Very friendly staff, always smiling greeting you. Bell desk kept my luggage on the last day and I always felt safe. I will 100 stay here again.
