In 2017, my son and I first stayed here. Since then, we frequently stayed, some stays lasted as long as five days. You can smell a fresh, clean odor when first entering the hotel lobby. The management, ronnie, is on top of the staff. Angela, Sherlonda, Nia, or Brianna will greet you and check you in. Each is unique, he is friendly, prompt, eager to please, and efficient. They always get the additional towels we need, attend to our dry cleaning, and provide us a late checkout when necessary. Maintenance engineer Darrell is quick and competent. Tracy, the housekeeping staff, performs a wonderful job preparing the room for a new night. My wife constantly praising the king room's mattress. The room is always spotless. The hallways are quiet, and we rarely hear noise from anywhere. The hotel is conveniently located right across from quail springs mall, which is an added benefit. It is also close to the Kilpatrick turnpike and Memorial Avenue, both of which serve important transit routes to other parts of the city. Our many hospital visits are just a short distance south because it is only a short distance south.

We walked into the hotel, and we were met with a foul odor. The man we later discovered to be the general manager who was checking us in was nice. We checked in and went to our room. It was good. There were some areas on the bathroom floor, in the tub, and the shower gel was missing from the provided pump. After dinner, we went to put our food in the refrigerator only to discover that housekeeping had forgotten the medication of the prior guest. We brought the medication down to the front desk and were compensated at a lower rate, which we were grateful for. The problem with our stay came when we checked out. We informed the clerk we discovered to be the assistant general manager about what we had found and what the general manager had done for us. She said she would reward us for a free nights stay for all of the problems we had. We stayed in february and have yet to get points added to our account. We have called multiple times just to be told that they would deal with it or that they were busy and they haven't had time to do so. She wasn't busy when we checked out on Sunday. One of the occasions we called, they didn't understand our name and were told that we didn't have a reservation there. Im not sure who the person that we talked to, but she was rude and offered multiple excuses why we didn't have

The room was tidy and comfortable and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the blankets were very thin and very tiny. Anyway, the stay was relaxing. The staff is very friendly. Although the restaurant is closed, there is no breakfast or swimming, but you can buy some breakfast items to heat up your room.
