The cabin was spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly. As locals, we were looking for a quick holiday escape with our adult children and older teens, and it was truly a lovely experience. However, I wanted to mention that we found it impossible to rent snowmobiles because we hadn't booked them in advance. While we’ve found it fairly easy to rent recreational vehicles during other parts of the winter season, they were completely unavailable over the holidays. I would recommend that future guests book their recreational activities in the early fall, or perhaps even sooner, if they plan to visit during the holiday period.

We have stayed with Crooked Creek Guest Ranch several times - cabins in the winter, RV in the fall - always a great experience! Courteous, helpful staff and everyone is very laid back, which allows us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

We loved staying here- in site restaurant was great- we stayed 3 nights and ate there every night. Friendly staff, great food, good specials. Cabins were sweet and a nice place to stay. Rented a ATV close by and had quite and adventure. Highly recommend!

We arrived at Crooked Creek after a long drive from Boise for a one night stay on our way to Mt Rushmore. The drive from the highway to the property is long and I wouldn't want to do it in the dark. I LOVED to property and highly recommend it. I would have liked to spend another day/night just to connect with nature. The cabin was spacious and exceptionally clean. We had dinner in the dining room and the food and service was exceptional. The continental breakfast was very good. I can't say enough about the staff. We had a long talk with the owner, who is very active in making sure everything goes smoothly. Richard

Wonderful place in a gorgeous setting. Everything was great and very clean and people were very nice. The onsite pub with really good wood-fired pizza was a really nice amenity. Really hope we have the opportunity to return.

Charming, rustic (but entirely functional) cabin. A great bar and grill is on the property, which is very helpful as the road to get to the property is dark and full of switchbacks, so having a great place for dinner and drinks is especially appreciated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great stay!

Had the best night of our trip here! The meal at the guest lodge was the best meal we ever had! Carrie our server/bar manager was fabulous! Found out she was from he same area we gew up in! She made the whole drive of the day worth it. Loved our cabin!

The cabin was excellent! Clean and the heat worked. The drive up the mountain was longer than I expected! But once there, it was nice. Just add tin the extra 20 min to get down the mountain to your drive time.

We were very surprised by the beautiful spot. Everyone was very helpful. Even though the road was interesting it was great .i would highly recommend to stay there again. It is a ways from the national parks but i feel it is well worth the drive.
