This hotel was in a great location right across from the business to go parasailing and rent/paddle boards, couple blocks down from a great pizza place and walking distance from the market and public beach. We enjoyed the private beach so much, although it’s quite small and will probably be crowded once the summer rush hits. The pool is really nice, and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely return plan on staying there again.

I was on vacation with my girls. We stayed at three different hotels and this one was our favorite! We loved the set up of the room. It was clean and modern decor. It was roomy and had places to put our things. We loved the shower! We loved being so close to the water. The lake was beautiful!! They had a nice pool and hot tub. The general manager was very nice and helpful!

I really liked this hotel! Stayed 2 nights. Right on the beach. Updated, clean, comfortable. The front desk gal was kind and helpful. The room had everything we needed. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the lake was wonderful as was the pool. Great location to walk to restaurants. I would stay again and recommend to others.

This hotel was next level FUN!!! I booked it sort of at the last minute to be able to be in town for a workshop. My daughter had in Tahoe city….. It did not disappoint. We got King Studio deluxe and loved the location and core from our from our room. We had a little snafu with some blinds that were not functional, but the front desk staff (Emma and Devora) made it right and our stay was so lovely. We met fellow who are likely going to be friends for life and we are already talking about our next trip back a year from now. If you want a family friendly place that would also be great for couples or anybody who just needs a break. This is an amazing spot. I love to cold plunge (aka Wim Hof)….. It’s epically awesome to be right next to the lake…. Have a place to wash up your feet and then be able to jump into the hot tub after getting out of the lake. I did this probably six times on Saturday night and if you want something that will give you a natural high….with good brain chemicals dopamine etc…. Give it try! We will be back! LOVE this place!

We had a great stay. The room was clean and cute. Beds were comfortable and linens were decent. The carpet and furniture were outdated in our older room, but their location right on the beach is fantastic. They have a great pool and smaller hot-tub. Cute little beach out front of the buildings. The deck with a view of the lake and fire pit was great. Very affordable. Little game room for the kids. This might be our new spot! Thanks Crown motel for the good times!

The location of this place was so perfect, the staff was super nice and friendly. Room was very clean, the Crown Motel is such a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kings Beach/ North Lake Tahoe to check them out and stay here.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean. Bring your own toilet paper as theirs is very thin. Jackets are recommended as it's cooler by the lake. This hotel has a decent pool and hot tub with lake views.

We found this little gem last minute on memorial weekend. They had one rook left, and we were coming over for a basketball tournament so I booked it immediately. Such a cool, fun spot! It’s like a time warp into the 50s. So many coo amenities right on their own private beach. We loved the character and charm, my only complaint is that I didn’t book more nights to really enjoy it while we weren’t stuck at the gym. I hope to come back and already talked about having our entire family come.

This was the absolute perfect stay for us! The street side facade is not the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen. You will question your choice but the room will reassure you as soon as you walk in! We had a lake view king room with a huge picture window. The bed was comfy, wonderful linens, clean bathroom and the view cannot be beat! Check in was easy and our stay was very quiet. The fire tables on the shared decks were perfect for enjoying a cool evening and gazing out over the water. Lots of beach front to explore and we walked to breakfast every morning!! We also walked to dinner every evening, the pizza place down the street was so yummy we ate there twice! We will stay here if we ever make it back to beautiful Tahoe!!

Was so pleasantly surprised by this Motel. Close to everything you need. View from room was amazing. Access to the water was literally steps away. Definitely will be staying again. Fyi there is a magnetic curtain for the door's window privacy in the closet.
