Despite appearing to being understaffed with single staff members performing multiple duties, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is wonderful and the view is tremendous!

We had a great time at the Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel. The pool and hot tub were great. The bed was very comfortable. The poolside bar was awesome as was the bartender Kelly who worked her butt off running back and forth. Also a shout out to their in hotel restaurant. Food was very good and our waitress (Brenda, I think.) was awesome.

The entire staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The facility and all areas were very clean! The view from the room of the beach was outstanding. Our vacation was awesome. Thanks to ALL for making our trip memorable!

We loved the restaurant on site and the close proximity to beach front. They have chairs and umbrellas free for guests and help you set them up. The outside area is the perfect beach aesthetic. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. All the rooms are oceanfront with private balconies. The rooms aren’t huge and the property is older, but they do a great job and we will definitely be back!

Stayed here over 50 years ago when new, again 15 years ago and enjoyed the stay this time as well. The only negative was the Restaurant Manager who was rude and lacked good hospitality traits. Requested ketchup for lunch leftovers in the evening and he bluntly stated that the restaurant had no ketchup or sauces of any kind. Our great server at breakfast the next morning said they had any condiments we needed for leftovers. Judy, the general manager was absolutely awesome!!!

The View was amazing. The beach was very close, the staff are quick to put up an umbrella for you. Pool great for kids. Front desk staff great during any situation.

Ice machines were non functioning on a couple of floors and needed repair or replacement. Had to pay for parking but overall still cheaper than most and these small issues were not deal breakers. The views from room were amazing and beach was foot steps away. Highly recommend.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, le décor, la piscine et les tables pour manger dehors puisqu’il n’y avait pas de service aux chambres ce que j’apprécie parce que je trouve qu’il y a de l’abus dans plusieurs hôtels, alors après huit nuits avec les chaises de plage que nous ramenions à la chambre le sol était plein de sable, mais je sais que j’aurais pu demander avoir un service aux chambres, je ne l’ai pas fait par choix, bizarrement la peinture blanche du balcon, laissait des traces de poudre blanche sous nos pieds comme si la peinture s’effritait en poudre les pieds du chien &nous était toujours blanc gris, même si nous avions laissé des serviettes au sol pour s’essuyer les pieds c’était bizarre Pour ceux qui aiment dormir avec des oreillers, très mince par chance, nous avions amené les nôtres de la maison, les oreillers sont correctes, mais quand même assez épais Le restaurant du déjeuner selon moi manquait un peu d’originalité, mais pour nous qui venons du Québec, les déjeuners ici sont plus décoré de fruits frais et de choix santé, ce qui n’était pas le cas, mais j’ai remarqué qu’à pratiquement tous les restaurants que nous avons fait c’était similaires donc probablementnormal pour l’endroit et énormément des gaspillage, de verre, de plastique et de paille de plastique. Aucune facilité pour le recyclage, ni dehors, ni dans les chambres épouvantable d’avoir jeté autant de bouteilles de verre de canette métal et de tout le sur emballage. Quel gaspillage
