The Absolute Gold Standard of Hospitality in Ocean City! My wife and I had the most incredible experience here yesterday into this morning before checkout, and we are already planning our next trip back because this is officially our permanent Ocean City destination. The motel itself captures the perfect, nostalgic, quaint beach charm while offering modern comfort. Our room was immaculately clean with crisp sheets, an incredibly comfortable bed, a perfectly working AC, and a great updated kitchen fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, full-size sink, actual large refrigerator, and convenient Roku TV access. Combined with the unbeatable location right across the street from the ocean, it had everything we could have possibly needed. However, what truly elevates this place into a league of its own is the unparalleled hospitality of the owners, Jenelle and Ben. We feel the utmost respect, gratitude, and absolute awe for these two and their profoundly caring nature. You simply do not see motel owners like this anymore. Hotels.com had badly messed up our reservation, but without us even asking, Jenelle went completely above and beyond and fixed their mistake because she is just a good human being and that is what good people do for their fellow man. Furthermore, we arrived earlier than expected, and both Ben and Jenelle were extremely accommodating in allowing an early check-in as soon as possible, even calling us the moment the room was ready.

This hotel was small and sparse, but it was very clean and tidy. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They have ample parking because of an overflow lot. This little place feels cared for with pride and is a fabulous location.

The property was clean, updated.love the kitchenette. The staff was very helpful especially Ben and his wife. Just had a hiccup on upstairs neighbor they are loud but after complaining to the management they we're able to resolve the issue. All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful trip. This hotel is near the beach just a block away, even we don't have a view but the beach and boardwalk is so close to the hotel. Nearby restaurants too. Definitely would love to go back.

The guy who owns the property is extremely nice. The place was very clean and they had a Roku flatscreen TV, which made things a lot easier for chilling out in the hotel room. I actually really liked the hotel and appreciated that the staff was very helpful.

Room was dated but clean. AC worked, hot water was abundant. Bed was comfortable with 3 pillows per bed. My wi-fi signal was spotty. Very personable front desk attendant. Ben made you feel at home and gave you the sense of anything you needed he would take care of. Excellent location along the boardwalk. The cost of our three night stay was VERY reasonable. Parking was small in front of the property, however there was plenty of free parking within walking distance!

Really good place to stay, especially mid-week during the summer months. Well maintained and clean as a whistle! The parking is limited but there's free parking on the streets nearby. I'll definitely stay here again.

Facilities exceeded expectations for the cost. The room was clean and efficient. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, which may be an issue for those who cannot use stairs. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Ben was amazing proprieter. Loved the location and the amenities. I go to OC every year and by far this year was my easiest stay. The combination of price, location, convenience cannot be beat.
