Gal up front desk was super nice. Our room was very clean, it was quiet, slept like a baby. Thank u so much. For understanding our situation.

Welcoming staff, clean room, pool and hot tub were small but nice. Carpet in the hallway needed fixed but no issues.

Room was inviting and very clean with a very comfortable bed. The only glitch was we were charged a $1 fee and then a $25 fee to cover any incidentals that we might have incurred during our overnight stay. It took nearly a week to have the $1 and $25 charge removed from our credit card statement. I think it would have been fine for the hotel to retain my credit card number until we checked out and the room was cleaned, but I don't think the card should have been charged at all, unless there were incidentals, and then after we checked out.

The place is beautiful! The room was very nice and clean. However, it was challenging to get someone to the front desk. As a type 2 diabetic, I was disappointed to find that the breakfast options were limited to sugar-filled cereals, bread, and more bread with excessive sugar. I opted for black coffee and had breakfast elsewhere While I understand that these are not their responsibilities, I’m certain that I’m not the first or last diabetic to experience this issue during their overnight stay.
