Very quiet hotel, the beds were super comfortable. I will definitely return if I’m in the area. Great food in walking distance. And a Dutch Brothers.

Everything overall was very good. Staff were attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed the "grab and go" breakfast. That is because I'm not really a true breakfast eater, it gave me a meal I could eat at "my" time. The room was clean and orderly, lots of storage. The AC unit wasn't too loud and kept us comfortable. Bathroom was also very well kept. Tub was somewhat slippery, and had no hand holds. Might be something to think about for us "older" occupants. We were aware and did fine. I like that they had a "working" microwave and refrigerator. My wife had an issue with the "conditioner" pump in the bath. We let the staff know. Again, overall the stay was great.

La llegada fue la atención muy amable , la salida no tanto , el lugar está muy tranquilo y agradable todo está muy bien solo el Cuarto cuando llegamos estaba la cabecera de la cama con manchas muy desagradables y la sábana rota el día siguiente si cambiaron la sábana pero la cabecera siguió sucia , pero en todo lo demás es muy cómodo y tranquilo lo recomiendo

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everything in our room was very clean. My only complaint would be there were no glasses in the room at all. There weren’t even plastic ones so you could get a drink of water or anything else. Our bed was very comfortable no problems there but please put some glasses in the room. We had an Outstanding experience with Jessica at the front desk. We were late coming to pick up our Togo breakfast but she was so nice she went in the back and made up two more breakfasts just for my husband and I. She could have said it’s too late but she didn’t. I think she needs a commendation to show her how that made my day. Outstanding Employee!!!!

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was outstanding. That’s how to run the lobby, with a smile and listened to everything that was brought up. Explained everything to me thoroughly about breakfast. It was just a Grab n Go breakfast so as long as I came downstairs and showed my room key, I would get a couple of breakfasts. It was not skimpy either. Bowl of cereal, carton of milk, you fury cup, bagel and cream cheese, a muffin, an apple, and a breakfast/granola bar. Checkout was a breeze as well.

Room spacious, everything nearly new, very clean, quiet. Bagged breakfast had good variety and was adequate in amount; grab n go; no crowded room or waiting for a waffle maker.

On hotels.com, this hotel advertises breakfast, however you are only given a little bag with a bagel and a yogurt and a juice and it’s only from 6 AM to 9 AM. None of this was noted on your website, that could make a difference between people choosing hotels for the same price. I was told about what we were going to get for breakfast however I was not told about the timing when I checked in and next morning I arrived there at 9:30 and they told me they no longer had breakfast available. I stayed on this same hotel about five years ago and I remember them having a really nice area for breakfast which they still have but it’s corded and there is no access to it. I was told by the person at the front desk that they have no plans to improve it, and there is no plans to ever have fresh breakfast again. I know this is a minor thing compared to the actual stay at the hotel, but those are things that need to be noted. My room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Only stayed there for one night and for the price it was adequate.
