Non existent air conditioning, and no dial tone on the phone. AI/Human virtual assistance was not the greatest and it was not the employees fault. Ramada needs to go back to a live and human check in and not one on a device.

The lady that checked me in was such a joy, never have I been checked in by someone in such a good mood. She was jovial and so kind. Made the checking in experience so much better. Rooms were clean staff was very friendly. Small cute breakfast in the morning. Only issue is the shower water gets all over the floor when you shower. Other than that was a nice stay for family weekend.

Clean room. Clean beds. Got the job done for the family and i. They offered breakfast but was told we couldn't take out back to the room because of bugs but we ordered take out and had it there. Didn't have a remote but front desk happily gave us one. Toilet seat and office chair broken, both replaced the bet next day! I'd stay here again

The only thing i will say is the noise at night by others staying at the hotel. I requested a non smoking room because i was with the baby but when we walked in the room it was a strong cigarret smell. It say free breakfast until 9am my husband went to grab coffee at 8:30 and the lady told him she wasnt doing another pot, because it was about to be 9.

Room was good. Breakfast/front desk attendant we rude. On Saturday morning she refused to fill waffle machine with batter, (we were there at 8:35AM). Other families other than my group also stated that she was rude to them.
