Everything was great but the shower bc the water went on the floors and I know they don’t want to replace those. Water was hot and everything was great.

Room was nice but I felt like the Air conditioner wasn't working the best so at times it was a tad warmer than I liked.

The two me were kind of rude but the ladies that worked there were very sweet and helpful. My room key kept being demagnetized and I had to get it fixed a lot and I guess that was aggravating for the two guys.

Could have more than one coffee pot, more than one type of bagel, warm breakfast burritos that you can microwave would be a nice option. Absolutely loved the designated smoking area although some pool towels next to the door with a bin for dirty towels would have allow gas to dry the bench off if it's wet like it was when I sat down. Overall the place was great plan on staying again possibly for an extended stay. The girls at the front counter were more than courteous, also you could have fans that guests could use with a deposit and get their deposit back when they return the fan unharmed. That would greatly cut down on noise from other guests and help the heaters maintain the heat in the room

The place is in much need of a renovation. It did the job for the couple days I was in town since I only came to sleep at night and was busy during the day. It seemed clean but very run down and not pleasant to look at. The room smelled like someone had previously smoked weed in there. Only ice machine was on the third floor. No cleaning service the 3 days we stayed. The “breakfast” was a joke. They had a couple of apples, cereal, muffins and bagels. Looked like they had been sitting for the last 3 months. Front desk kind of just sat there not very friendly nor they cared to be there either. Not a good vibe but it was the only place I could find.

The bed was very comfortable. The pool room needs some better ventilation. But the staff was very polite and helpful!

This hotel is somewhat 'tired', could use some maintenance/upgrades. However, it was a bed to sleep in. Breakfast was nothing extravagant, could have used a bit more variety.

Our room was not the cleanest. Specifically, the bathroom behind the sink basin was not cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom in lots of places, the door handles were dirty and the wall by the bed had something gross stuck to it. Other issues were that the tub did not drain at all, and the sink drained very slowly. The TV remote was missing the back panel. But...the beds were very comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice.

Carpeting was dirty and the curtains were ripped and shredded. The blow dryer didn't work.

It was fine but all guests will smell smoke from a designated smoking area close to the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast only had cereal, donuts and muffins and beagles, coffee and juice, no eggs or bacon
