Was great the place is so nice and clean the staff are great really friendly. I stay a week the place had a seating area to relax and seating area; 2 bbq we really love it. was excellent. We enjoy our stay.

Staff is rude guys and girls. They take forever to process individuals and just all around not polished or well spoken. Don’t expect to get responses in complete sentences or please & thank you. Resort fees but no resort; parking fees to possibly not have enough spots to park and walk blocks away to park. Breakfast is in another building blocks away; pools look dirty and dingy- not updated. If you want to get away real cheap for a few nights go ahead but don’t expect certain niceties

Hi We booked a king bed suite with Beach view. Took us 3 times Going back to office to get Correct room booked. One was A really small studio! Not helpful in providing necessary items for the room. No dishwasher liquid. We found out 3 days later when we went to Catch a can at office and saw a guest Receiving sponges and dish soap

Nice view and location, not super clean, a.c broke and it took 48h to get another room, included breakfast is "ok" but lady in charge is cranky and treats people very bad. Rooms need tlc. Office where check in and out happens is 3 blocks away from hotel and service is super slow. There is a convenience store inside the office, they will serve the clients that want to buy beer before real clients that want to check in or out, biiiiig mess !!!! My advise, ifnyou can afford better, do it, if youre not very picky, try it !!.
