We stayed at this hotel from 01.12.23 to 14.12.20 and had a great time. The room was clean, the towels were fresh, and the staff was very kind and efficient. It was simple but it met our needs. Thank you for letting me stay here!.

I would return there. The hotel is brand new. We had a small but immaculate queen room with tv, smart pc, and refrigerator. It appears to be brandnew and shiny in the bathroom. Although it may not be particularly attractive because the hotel was close to the queensbridge housing projects, we strolled through it day and night without any issues. Three minutes walk will take you to metro station. Youll travel all the way into manhattan and new york on the f line.

The hotel is cool, the room is clean. The staff is very kind. Azeri, manager, took excellent care of me and my guest. He made sure everything i needed and asked for was met to the best of his ability. I am very impressed with the price of my stay. This hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. The bathroom and bedroom are both immaculate and cozy. I suggest this hotel because it is conveniently located, with four subway stops to time square! The personnel are friendly. Excellent for a weeklong trip. Many thanks!.

This place is truly amazing for the price paid! The location is in astoria, so dont be concerned about the surroundings. Astoris is a true collision center without any fault of its own. A recent unfortunate even forced the police to be right next door around the clock, but it made us feel safer if anything! Excellent customer service and accommodating me every step of the way. The rooms are somewhat small considering its in brooklyn, yet the quality of them is excellent (probably because they are brand new). Their shower didnt drain well, which wasnt terribly disappointing. Will undoubtedly return!.

The room was nice, we had a quadruple, but it was too small for 4 people and could not move easily. Metro station line F is 10 minutes away by foot, and manhatin is only 10 mins away. There are fees for luggage left after checkout.

This hotel offers a great value for the price paid. It is conveniently located 8 miles from gwb and 4 miles away from penn station, making it convenient to explore all areas of interest via the nearby subway. The room features s, refrigerator, microwave, and tub, providing convenience. Cleanliness is maintained and modern, while being located in the queens section of new york. Additionally, its only ten hundred meters from queen burough station.

Very clean and new rooms. This is the right place to stay when you expect no service other than checkin and checkout. Queens plaza is also within walking distance, and the f train is very nearby. At first, the neighborhood and streets (nearby homeless shelter) seem shadowy, but i never felt unsafe.

I wish i could give more than 100 stars. The best hotel ive ever been to, nice rooms at a reasonable price with tiniest fridge and microwave. I also love the bathtub. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Try the kingsize room super spacious. Front desk is available 24 hours x 7. There is supper in the nearby restaurant and its easy to get food or anything you need. Its quite convenient. Will definitely stay here on my next visit. Subway and bus station are within walking distance.

The room was quite small, but clean and comfortable enough. The location is not special a very good neighborhood, yet not terribly great. Its not too long to walk to the nearest subway and it is hardly idyll be taking cab into downtown from there, so its still ok. We had some strange problems with our reservations through priceline, however the staff helped us resolve them quickly, thank you for the good service. Rooms have fridges, decent mattresses on beds, and nice internetconnected tvs. One downside is that the rooms are not very soundproofed and some of the other guests in the hotel were quite noisy. Still, for this price, ill stay there again.

The room was nice, but smaller than we expected. The owner and staff were very nice and accommodating. However, the only downside was being told the area is safe but locals say it isnt. Apart from that, reasonable price and close to the subway which was very convenient.

I would stay here again. The staff is very accommodating. Recently, the hotel has been renovated, so the rooms are clean, spacious, and nice with new carpeting. Very affordable. A quick f-train ride to times square or central park. My only worry is walking through the neighborhood after dark, we took an Uber after night instead of taking the subway.

Everything was excellent, including free coffee in the dining room, a convenient location in astoria, and amiable and accommodating receptionist. However, my room wasnt cleaned every day, nor did they use it to make beds. In short, though, it was good!.

The hotel is brandnew and excellent. The front desk staff is always cheerful and kind. Time square is 20 usd by uber and 3 us$ by subway, and the room has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Strongly advised.

I was initially hesitant due to the safety reviews, but after that i remembered that my home in new york was quite safe and that it is a pretty safe place. However, ny is like this, so if you are worried about things not looking as nice as usual, then nd is definitely not for you. The cleanliness impressed me, and they cleaned my room every day kindly make up room unless ive left shangers on the hanging thing that day. Since its tinier room, it was ideal for me because he was alone and didnt spend much of the day there. Just to sleep. Although its not rated as ten stars, its still incredibly affordable.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near trains. A 7day unlimited pass for $30 usd is provided, which is very convenient! We stayed in two rooms, each with a mini fridge, microwave, smart tv, and cabinets. However, there is no room safe. Additionally, they have savoring coffee on the lobby floor! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.
