Helpful staff. Internet was down for a day and was fixed the next day. Until our stay I wasn't aware that they don't service rooms (cleaning, new towels) daily.

The staff was friendly and informative, the room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, parking was very easy, and I would recommend the Denali Park Hotel to anyone who wants to be relatively close to the entrance to Denali National Park and Preserve.

It’s basically a motel but we liked that. You can’t miss the blue and yellow Alaskan train cars. It’s all one-story bldgs. You park right in front of your room which makes it easy for luggage and coming/going. Large king room. Bed was fine. We liked that the sink was outside the actual bathroom. Good water pressure. Lots of places to put stuff (they didn’t skimp on that!). They let us check-in a little early since our room was ready. That was awesome so we could start exploring right away. Denali entrance was only like 15min away. The stores/shopping were closer to Denali entrance. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing missing was a smart TV where we could log into the streaming services like Netflix, etc. It’s 2026…all hotels should have this.

Good location - within close proximity to Denali Bus Depot. Quiet, peaceful, not classy but it fits the great Alaskan experience. I like that you can park right in front of your room. Very close to Otto lake which is a must see. Beautiful, secluded lake with mountain views.

Staff was helpful and everyone was friendly. The room has vintage decor and was really clean, with a fridge and microwave which is always great. Easy access to Denali restaurants, activities and shopping.

The property looked more like a motel than a hotel but the staff was very nice and our room was clean and comfortable. It is a very convenient spot close to Denali National Park (10 miles away).

We enjoyed our stay at Denali park hotel. It was easy to find (look for the train cars), check in was pleasant (very friendly and helpful staff), and the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The drive back to Denali national park is only about 5-10 minutes and up the road about 5-10 minutes is a nice grocery store/liquior store and 49th state brewery. Recommend!

They upgraded the room to their sister facility which is closer to the park. It was very quiet place. After Two nights staying in the noisy hotels , really got a good night sleep. The carpet was smelly though but overall we were happy with the hotel
