Devon Place was the perfect getaway for my new husband and I. Our honeymoon had got cancelled so we made a short trip to Clearwater Beach and chose here for price and location. I am so glad we did! It was the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. The shower was great with the rainfall shower head. The whole property was spotless and quiet. I enjoyed the pool every night and had it for myself. The staff was so kind and helpful. They gave us good restaurant ideas and helped with times to secure a beach lounger and tent. Such a quick walk right to the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome! I came here to just relax and unwind, and this was perfect for that. The pool was great. It was very quiet and close to everything. A block from the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Had a great week's stay here. Clean rooms, nice staff and close to everything. A nicely appointed motor inn/motel style place. No view of the water but the nice pools, great lobby area and cleanliness made up for it. The lobby had ice and free coffee. The staff was super nice and the rooms were clean. There are 2 nice pools... On the small side but they were very nice. Short walk to beach and restaurants. I would stay again!

No water view at all. At $280/night for a very basic room there should be more than hot coffee and tea available later in the day

Loved the staff!! Everyone was so approachable and incredible. They were awaiting parts for their washing machine and went the extra mile to allow us to wash our clothes in the employee washer. They take a lot of pride in what they do. Would definitely stay there again!
