What a wonderful lodge we stayed in with our three dogs. The room was fully furnished as a home. The large bed was comfortable with a selection of pillows to suit anyone's taste. Looking for a pet friendly place, Diamondstone exceeded our expectations. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. The shower in the bathroom was a work of art and resembled nothing we had ever experienced! The hot tub was hot and clean. After being so impressed with everything, we requested an additional night. Highly recommended. We will back in the spring! Mark.

I would come back again! This hotel has inexpensive rooms. This place is great for when you enjoy motorcycles or want to rent one in the mountains or crater lake. Definitely a fantastic place and great staff running it.

This hotel is very recommended. We recently stayed at the Diamondstone guest lodge for three nights while visiting Bend, the Newberry Volcanic National Monument, and Creater Lake. It is very conveniently located for all of these amazing places. The room was clean, uncomfortable, and both Doug and Granny were very helpful hosts.

Diamondstone is just outside La Pine and as La Pine is nothing special, we enjoyed the location near the little Descartes river. The cabin feels like an airbnb add on the property to bring income with two rental rooms. The room we had was large, the furniture attractive rustic, and the bed great. The bathroom is spacious, with a super tight tech shower stall with panels of flashing lights and multiple nozzles looks like a space ship that we found to be quite incomprehensible. Odd. Without breakfast, it looked a little overpriced, but it was definitely pleasant and the owners were very nice.
