We love visiting this hotel. This hotel has a great atmosphere. There is a tv in the lobby that shows Disney movies. The kids can watch it on a small chair and 2 small rocking chairs! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The pool area is really nice. We love the food at the craftsman grill. I also really like that the hotel has an entrance directly into ca adventure park. Its so easy.

I reserved 2 nights in a standard room here over my wedding weekend. My husband and i stayed one night while my husband and i stayed the other night. We all agree that this is the most comfortable hotel bed ever! The room size is adequate for 2 or 3 people, but i cant imagine living in a standard room. The hotel grounds are breathtaking, and we got married at parkview terrace and brisa courtyard! Cant wait to come back in the future!.

I chose to stay at this hotel. This was my fourth stay. Convenient and separate entrance to ca adventure. The room was clean. I chose to have the room cleaned every two days (I stayed for a week). All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Customer service was excellent.

Excellent location for both work and play. My selections theme is a little antiquated. Although wellkept, the rooms are a touch depressing. If you plan to spend most of your time outside in theme parks with your family, this shouldnt be an issue. The absence of a bidet in the restrooms is a major drawback. To clean up after a demolition, one must use less hygienic and environmentally friendly papers! The fact that they provide food service to the room is a huge plus. Basic snacks and beverages are available almost always available. If you need lunch or dinner in a pinch, you also have limited lunch and dinner options. That, in my opinion, is surprising given that it is largely unheard of in the united states.

Everything was fantastic, except for the fact that the pool and jacuzzi area were open after 8 p. M. Reason for the 4 stars. The staff was welcoming and extremely helpful, especially bob, one of the room attendants!.

The rooms are beautiful, but most importantly, the fireplaces, it is mesmerizing. And during christmas, they have the most amazing tree and gingerbread house. This place is the healthiest place you can find in a 5 star hotel. People are so kind. The food is delicious.

My family and i had a great time! This was our first visit to Disneyland, but we had previously visited Disney world in Orlando. We also stayed at the grand casion. The bellhop picked up our luggage and took them away as soon as we checked in. She was very kind. We checked into the hotel and they gave us so much information about everything, it was perfect! Our room was nice, overlooking the desert. We went on the balcony and the ambiance was great! And the balcony door was soundproof! So that was a plus! We left and returned and our beds were remade! I swear they cleaned our room about three times in one day. It was good! The down side, in my opinion, was the Mickey waffles! We ordered room service for breakfast and it was a total failure! They were not good. Im not sure if they were like whole grain or something, but they were not good at all!Floridas Mickey waffles are much better! Overall a good trip! I will try to stay at the Disneyland hotel next time.

The hotels entryway is impressive, particularly with the Christmas decorations. I adore the california craftsman aesthetic. Although not particularly impressive, the rooms are cozy. Its a standard room with limited views. The service was excellent.

The hotel is on the pricey side, as are the onsite restaurants. I had one issue with the selfservice laundry not working, and having the hotel clean some clothes can be just as expensive as the clothes themselves. The rooms are very spacious, but well maintained and clean. Overall, an amazing hotel with easy access to parks and the downtown Disney area. If possible, i would come here again if possible in the future for the convenience of location.

Excellent service! Although the price is a little high, the experience is truly remarkable. There is no better way to spend the day waiting for a ride than returning to your room for a quick nap and a soak in the hot tub during peak hours. So convenient!.

We have been going to this hotel for a few years now. You do have to pay a price to go here. But im very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, ambiance, food options, pool, spa, etc. This year was our first year and we had some hiccups with the hotel but they were very quick to ensure that we felt that their attention and care were very focused in our direction. We will definitely be coming back here and i would like to thank Adam and molly for taking care of us this year! More years of great memories to come for my family.

We had the most amazing time at the Disney princess breakfast adventure. Whats not to love about this place? We didnt stay here overnight. We had tickets to the Disney princess breakfast adventure, so we had a great morning here. We had excellent service from beginning to end, and it definitely made us want to check out the hotel and consider it for our next trip. The valet was friendly and quick to help us out of our vehicle and give us directions to the breakfast location. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful a spacious, bright, warm, and comfortable room. Check out a few shops in the large lobby area. And then the character dining restaurants are located just past the outdoor pool area. We had the most amazing time at the Disney princess breakfast adventure. We really cant recommend it enough. The service was excellent, the food was so delicious, and meeting the different princess characters was just so fun. It is a mustdo for both kids and adults. Our server name was brooke and she was amazing, so i just wanted to thank her. She gave us suggestions for drink orders, was very detailed explaining all the different beautiful dishes that were brought out to us, and made sure to tell us when the different princesses left and came so we could have a moment with them all. If you have a Disney genie photo pass perk with your theme park ticket, there are several photo spots and opportunities with the princesses as well. You can take photos with your own cell or camera, but there are professional photographers as well.

This was our 3 rd trip in 11 years visiting Disneyland with our family. This trip was short so decided to stay at Disney for the first time. It was clean and convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff were friendly and smiled when we passed them. If you can stretch your budget to make a stay work, i highly recommend this resort.
