The property was very well maintained with a huge entrance, sports restaurant/bar, ice cream shop and a gift store. Nice atrium with a water fountain and extra places to get breakfast, pizza/burgers/sandwiches and coffee that is as good as Starbucks. The pool is very large with a splash area and a food truck to take care of your needs. The rooms were large and comfortable with great views. The only draw back I had was not getting my room cleaned each night because I was in a cornerroom and I guess they skipped me two nights in a row. "Suki" was not very helpful and said they would have an "internal investigation." That was it, even though I called in the morning to make sure they would clean it, nada. You cannot beat the location or the price so in the end I am very happy with my stay. They do give cookies on arrival and complimentary water bottles.

Our stay at double tree outside universal studios was amazing! The housekeepers were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do when you are not at the theme parks. It was a very nice hotel.

The staff is AMAZING. So many people were very impressive. Vinny, who served me at the breakfast buffet, was so attentive and pleasant, clearly enjoys his job. The rooms were freshly cleaned every day, very well done. The fresh, warm cookies at check in are a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.

Doubletree by Hilton at entrance to Universal Studios Orlando was an amazing experience and stay! The furniture was comfortable and the staff was very hospitable! Will recommend to my other friends and relatives! The pool and lobby/food area were great amenities!

Overall for a family looking a hotel close to Universal parks and still have a resort feel hotel on a budget...this place fits right in. My kids enjoyed both the splash pad and pool. Access to the on-site mini arcade added an added bonus. Oh and let's not mention indulging in some ice-cream before heading back to the room. Overall room was clean and beds comfy. We dont have any negative feedback from our 3 night stay for a quick getaway to Universal Studios.

Property is great like always but we did have issues getting in and out, regarding the parking. Sometimes our key did not work and we had to utilize the help button! Other than that great room, amenities, atmosphere, and most of all great walking distance from Universal!

Wow! The staff ....from the front desk to the shuttle coordinator to the cafe attendant to the folks around the property, always making things neat and tidy...were all friendly, smiling and helpful. Getting to the parks was a breeze. They had a coherent pickup and drop off system. And the food was delicious and the stores well stocked. The room was comfortable and well appointed. I can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend.
