This property was in the perfect location to get to all the main attractions in this part of town. The room was very clean, and it was nice to have a strong air conditioner in the room. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The property is in excellent location. Just across the Rockefeller Center. You don't need to rent a car. You can walk to every place from there. And if you need a long ride just call an Uber. The hotel is clean and the staff are great too. Thanks for the service.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also great. However, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was a persistent cigarette smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. Thankfully, keeping the bathroom door closed kept the smell from spreading into the bedroom, so we were able to sleep through the night without issue. Since we had only booked for one night, we didn’t request a room change, but the cleanliness should really be addressed for future guests. Overall, the staff and location were great, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to hygiene standards.

If you walk in the lobby, you’d be scared that it might be a scam hotel, but it’s not. It just has a tiny lobby. The service was really good. The employees took care of us really well. If you need snacks and don’t wanna leave the hotel, they have a healthy amount of choices there that you could charge to your room. The room we had was a king size bed and the bed was comfy. There wasn’t much of a table and chair area. There was a table but you definitely couldn’t do any work there. The bathroom was one of the smallest in New York and was probably my least favorite thing about the room. The shower was extremely tiny. I’m not a big guy and I had troubles turning around in it. If you a bigger person, I’d suggest somewhere else. I was very disappointed by the bathroom. The tv was updated where you could watch Netflix, Disney or Apple with your own logins. That was a nice plus. There wasn’t much ALWAYS a long wait for the elevators, to the point, we decided to take the stairs more than once. This is a great location to get around the city, but if you are planning on spending time in the hotel room and not running around, this is not the right hotel for you. AC was an issue for us. The room was quite warm and you couldn’t make it colder than 69 in the room, but the air doesn’t blow very hard at all.
