The staff in particular was outstanding, warm, welcoming, handled a couple of things that came up for us with grace. The location is excellent, less than 10 minutes walk southwest of Times Square, easy to get there but not crowded in the neighborhood and plenty of places for eats. There is a nice rooftop bar and a nice little cafe next to the lobby area. They do not have parking at the site but there are two good garages on 37th Street 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very well located hotel. You can walk to many places from the hotel. Penn Station is almost next door too. The hotel staff was superb, friendly and helpful. We booked a 2 queen bed room for 4 people including 2 children. Although the room is small but it was sufficient. It was not easy to find a hotel room with 2 queen bed at this type of location and this price point, and good review. The staff hand out warm cookies everyday or if you ask for them. The hotel had a roof top bar too but we did not get to go as we were busy every night. For breakfast, we went to Market Crates on 35th St between 8th Ave and 7th Ave, it has all kinds of bagels, breakfast and sandwiches, is very reasonable priced. The bagel was very good. If you want Chinese breakfast, there is Dim Sum Sam that you can walk to. If you want Chinese lunch or dinner, there is Dongbei Restaurant & Bar that is just down 36st toward 9th Ave. It serves Chinese Northeastern fare and the food is truly superb. The only thing we had trouble with was hanging the towels in the bathroom. The hanging hook really did not work well at all. I would like their manager to see this message and make some changes to the hanging hooks in the bathroom. Because our towel constantly fell to the ground we had to get fresh towels everyday. That was not only a hassle but just a waste. I bet the hotel would need to wash far fewer towels if it just fixes the hanging hooks in the bathroom.

Went for my birthday celebration. The room was small but very clean. I only need a bed and a bathroom. It was perfect for me. I think the best part was the rooftop bar. We were celebrating my birthday which was the same day as Taylor and Travis's wedding. (2 blocks away) I got to be in the midst of it all but away from it all at the same time... The sunset views and the views of Hudson yards were Perfect for me. It's centrally located to everything I wanted to do. I would stay here again.

Great location, near Penn Station and Time Square. We included breakfast and it was great, it's buffet as Tyler with lots to choose from. Don't miss the roof top bar.

The room and the staff were excellent. We especially appreciated the staff responsible for storing and retrieving luggage, because there was a group ahead of us that had MOUNTAINS of it. And yet the staff smiled and worked like mad. The lobby needs to be redesigned. It is miniscule, and with a large group, there is no room to maneuver. Take the cookie if it’s offered! Delicious.
