This place offers excellent service. The location is impeccably clean and comfortable, with a fantastic bar staff. While the food menu may be small, it is thoughtfully prepared and serves large portions. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is in dire shape, but what will you do about it? Sean, who is shawn, makes one of the best Old Fashioned ive ever had. Additionally, this place has excellent beer.

I heartily endorse double tree by Hilton! It was a fantastic experience for us to stay here for tavern ball competition. The personnel were incredibly helpful and kind. Newly renovated and spotless, the space was brand new.

A fantastic stay with wonderful staff. The bartender, devin, is a star. Restaurants cuisine is excellent, and the rooms have been updated. Five stars are awarded to the front desk and management for their service. Shon makes the trip during the week and dev on the weekend. Palmdales hidden gem.

The rooms were newly renovated, with the design youd expect in san francisco or la. Not palmdale. The staff was friendly, there was free parking, and the wifi was good. Although the basic breakfast served at the hampton inn was a bit disappointing, the service staff were friendly.

This hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast service is great. There is an outdoor pool, shuffle board, and corn hole available. But the elevator was a bit slow and the woman at the front desk in the morning was speaking very loudly and cursing in both english and spanish.

The rooms were nice and newly renovated. The halls were quiet and clean. Heidi was amazing. We had problems with our thirdparty reservation, and she handled it very professionally and got everything fixed. My kids also loved her. I would definitely stay here again when visiting. No complaints.

Overall, a pleasant place to stay and rest! I returned for sabbatical two days before heading to the airport. The reception was excellent and assisted us in extending the checkout time. There were no bathroom amenities available.

They did a fantastic job transforming the old Ramada here, but beyond that, the service is excellent. Devin at the bar was incredibly outstanding, not just for his excellent attitude and service - hotel bartenders arent always very aware of their craft, yet he has created some elegant, nuanced custom cocktails for the menu. Try the Stranded Deep if you prefer an oldfashioned! I also concur with the reviewer below who was completely enchanted by the lovely, lightfilled glass hallway. Worth the admission alone.

We will return here. Keep in mind that some of the images on application are from when this hotel was a Ramada. Everything appears and feels brand new now that it is branded as if it were formerly reeking. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Even though we had brought food from el pollo loco, the bartender and kitchen staff on saturday evening offered water, napkins, or silverware. That was really nice and demonstrates the distinction between just average customer service and excellent customer care. Very clean and well done. Although i find the artwork to be naive, it fits the hotels aerospace vibe. We enjoyed the pool, but it would have been nice unless it had been heated. Or he had gotten cosy in chilly tub. Two drawbacks - the bathroom is small but functional, plus the breakfast buffet costs money.

It was a getaway that i will never forget for many other reasons, but everything about it made it even more memorable. The rooms are cute and comfortable, and the shower is amazing. Its so lovely inside and out.

The room was clean except for the hair that was still stuck on the shower walls. I love that there is no carpet in the room. The linens were clean and overall it was a good stay and enjoyed my time. If you choose to opt for points rather than credit, the breakfast costs $15.99. Breakfast was good and had no complaints. Other amenities were not used. Overall, it wasnt crowded and comfortable.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was sweet, curteous, and very helpful. The bartender, shawn, had a great personality and we loved that he planned to stay late to make sure other employees were safe escorted to their vehicles. Bravo, sir, there arent many like you left in this world! The woman at the front desk was very sweet and polite, she hates to remember her name, but i know it was difficult to spell one. Thank you ma'am for helping to ensure that our visit was enjoyable! Very clean, wellstocked, super comfortable room! We didnt want to get out of bed.

The property is spotless, and there is plenty of parking available. The hotel itself was neat and appealing to the eye. Checkin was quick and the staff was courteous and helpful. Everything was in good working order. Although the pool was still under development, i wasnt planning on using it. There isnt a free breakfast, but you can purchase it for yourself. It was delicious and made to order by the chef. Im happy with my stay.

Nice modern hotel with an airplane theme. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly. Very convenient to the hospital. My only complaint is that you cant turn on the shower without being directly under the water, which means you get hit with a blast of freezing water. And the hotel is right by the freeway so there is snarl traffic all night long. That being said, i was able to sleep even though ive been sleeping very little. There was something about this lightfilled hallway by our pool that we loved. I walked through it to get breakfast which was also delicious and cost ps15.

I will definitely return because i travel a lot for work. Ive stayed at countless hotels over the past year because of my frequent business trips. This is the only hotel that stood out to me in measurable ways and that impressed me so much. The atmosphere was excellent, and it was spotless. It was welcoming. There was amiable front desk staff. Additionally, there is sa restaurant or bar, which, if you will, say, has exceptional food and service! Shon was really kind and attentive to the visitors. He went above and beyond to get to know me and the other customers, giving the place the impression that it felt more like tavern than o hotel bar. Not to mention that his mules in moscow are also out of this world! I heartily endorse this hotel, but ill return.

A few more wines on the list would enhance things even more. Standards such as j. Lohr, rombauer, and louis martini would be sold, as would higher ends from justin or organics from Europe. For spirits, go to herradura, casa amigos, or don julianio.
