Stay was fine. For the price you can’t beat it. Pool is closed, roomed are ok. Bed and pillows great. Staff great. Stayed 3 nights no housekeeping. Connected to Bar Louie. Very convenient to the Tyson Events Center. For the price you can’t beat it!

Room and check in was great. The hotel is going thru reconstruction so pool and other amenities were not available. Very quiet room with dark shades. Loved having a refrigerator in the room. Hotel is close to IHOP and Perkins.

Although there is a lot of negative reviews, I think that it is great for the price. Friendly staff, nice rooms, very comfortable beds. The only con is that we had to switch rooms due to the fire alarm that was constantly beeping (yes, we took out the battery), it just kept beeping. That room also was missing the fridge and the A/C was horribly broken, but the staff was nice about helping us get a new room. I would recommend. The pool is down, gym is down and no breakfast, so it sucks, but it’s a nice place to stay. Also if you pay in cash out of your from the area they MAKE you pay a $100 cash deposit at check in for “possible damages” I was never told about this. It wasn’t in the budget. You can get it back at checkout after they “inspect” your room. They will NOT give you a receipt for this deposit, so take pictures of everything wrong in the room ASAP. Overall a 3.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. The property was run down and old outside no curb appeal. Some sketchy people staying there appear to working in the area. Woke up to the person next door freaking out and yelling and screaming sounded like he was going to kill someone. Makes me wonder why there was a triple lock on the door.

Location was good, good restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and comfortable but, edge of the curtains were broken, chair had some stains. Everything else was okay.

It was fine. Hotel is going to be renovated within a few months should be nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant Big Louie’s was very very good. Will return sometime.
