This is a good hotel with a very helpful front desk and staff. The only minor issues are that it looks to be an older property, with smaller rooms. The bathroom light will also go out about 8 minutes into your shower. Just use the switch instead of the motion light if you don't want to keep waving your arms. The rooms have a lot of charging ports, which is very convenient. What really makes this hotel stand out is the restaurant downstairs, Canzonetta, which is one of the nicer ones associated w/a hotel I've been to. Excellent menu, food and staff. Another great amenity is their gym - it's got high quality Precor equip, Peleton bike and everything works. It's also in the lower lobby, so nobody is walking by looking in while you're flailing around huffing & puffing. Unlike some places that have huge glass panes and put it across from the front desk like a zoo exhibit. The area also has some nice places to eat breakfast & dinner, as well as YSU w/in a few minutes walking distance as well. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were all excellent. From the door greeter to the check in staff and the parking monitor. The room was nice and it was the perfect walking distance to our concert venue. We would stay again.
