Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Very cozy. The staff was all helpful and friendly. Titus greeted my young grandson and made him feel like a friend. He talked to the girls and me on many occasions as we came and went. We were very grateful for his concern for our safety. Our suite was very comfortable with inroom doors that closed so he could sleep while the adults rested on the couch. Plush towels, comfortable beds, and soft pillows. Location is ideal for Disneyland. Lyft ride about $10 oneway. Trolly stop nearby as well. Starbucks was savored every morning. I took good morning bacon from the restaurant back to my room. There was an excellent selection of beers on tap and i liked the decent menu in the lounge. Gift shop wellstocked because, of course, we forgot to pack u! Parking is simple. Absolutely no complaints! We felt safe, secure, or comfortable. Oh, rates! I searched for months and believe me, this motel had very competitive rates when ive been here! You should stay here too!.

The hotel is 3 stars. The rooms are spacious but old. There is a separate room to sleep in which is nice, there is definitely enough space for 6 people. A fridge and microwave are included in the room. With 3 cardio machines and 1 weight machine, the gym is very basic. No free weights. They have tavern and billiards open until 10 pm which was cool. Restaurants and bars are located in lobby. Disneyland is nearby. Parking is charged daily, which stinks!.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I will start by stating that the service i received was excellent. However, the property itself is ancient and outdated. It was a fourstar hotel, so ive chosen it because ill be hoping for something better. If youre just looking to sleep for the night, you can save money by staying in one of the many 3star hotels or motels.

The rooms were nice and the expected accommodations for this level of hotel. Access to the room via the app is still difficult. The hallway felt like an arctic storm, freezing and windy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet in the morning was typical convention food, tasteless and made with no love. Better to have breakfast at the cafe. Bar was comfortable. Again, the bartender made the place feel good.

The hotel was clean, the cookies upon checkin were a surprise and very good, and the hotel is also on the art line going directly to Disneyland, which is what we were there for. My only problem was that i couldnt remember if the parking fee and an additional $250 deposit were in the extra fee fine print when booking, so it was ok after putting in ten hours of driving, but all but the car was reimbursed after checkout.

The room was spacious and spotless. We were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies. The place where you get coffee was excellent, the burrito was fantastic, and the lady who worked there was really friendly.

Our room on the 7th floor was enormous. Much larger than our friends room, which was located in the middle of a block of rooms, i believe because ours was all the way down the hallway and our buddies room was right at the end of the corridor. To make matters worse, they had more luggage to bring in than we did, so their extra space was filled with suitcases, and that wasnt doubletrees fault. The fact that there was he large gap between the mattress and the headboard on it was my only complaint, but my pillow kept trying to slide down that space. Moving the bed closer to the wall would have helped. There were no complaints about the cleaning staff because they didnt speak much english or any other language, especially when asking for utensils. But they were very kind and eager to help and were really sweet, therefore no issues were raised. When needed, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, who were always willing to assist. We had plenty of time to explore the room and had lots of privacy, unlike our companions did not. Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, as well as shampoo on your wallmounted shower Gel were all excellent. Overall, we had

This hotel is really nice. My 12 yearold family was looking for a place to stay near Disneyland and at the time it was the most affordable place. We were pleasantly surprised that we had such tasty place for the price. Its nice because their two queen rooms are spacious and also have cots. Would definitely recommend this place

The location is great for Disney, just take a 6minute uber to get there. There are no issues here. The two room suites were very nice, the room noise was very low and we got tepid cookies at checkin.

I adored it, i cherished it. It was fantastic for the price. The best it was. Many thanks to double tree suites by hilton. This time, you really outdid yourself. There were mattresses like sleeping on a cloud. Everything was spotless and spicy throughout.

Hilton properties are wellrun. Arent they all? Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious and comfortable tworoom suites. A little disappointment, no free breakfast. Most hotels do! Cozy lobby bar and nice restaurant on property.

We stayed here to attend the ohir boogie bash at the park. This is the ideal location to stay! The trolley pick up to the parks location is only a 10minute walk away. The hotel offers dozens of dining options and serves several varieties, and there are serveral restaurants nearby. I am incredibly fond of their complimentary warm cookies, although they do contain nuts. Still delicious.

I suggest staying. Very nice hotel, very clean and wellmaintained. The lobby appears to be quite expensive. They have a cafe that serves coffee from the firm, but there arent many items available in the morning. Its incredibly comfortable, pleasant, and cozy. Excellent customer service is provided. Employees are really welcoming, helpful, friendly, etc. There is an onsite restaurant with stocked bar. A very wellstocked gift shop is available.

I had a wonderful time and the convention center was easily accessible on foot. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and room service was prompt. In the mornings, i enjoyed breakfast sandwiches at the cafe they were hot and fresh. When we arrived before our room was ready, however, while we grabbed some food, it was the hotel who kept our bags with us. Excellent stay that ive highly recommended.

The room is better suited for family trips. Disney is very convenient to visit. It is not a brand new hotel. There is stifling suite with two beds and idyl sofa beds. Breakfast isnt included in the room.
